- I placed my order on August 31, around 8:15pm (11:15am in Japan). I received my order on Friday August 8th by FedEx. The new ordering website and process is SO MUCH smoother. I had one item go out of stock while it was in my cart, but otherwise, I got everything I had planned on ordering. I did think about ordering the "Little Gifts" A5 cover but as I went to look at it, it was already sold out so I just proceeded with everything that I had favorited and it was super easy. My shipping was free because I had met the threshold ($250).
I will be placing another order on October 1 for the "One Peice" Weeks. I am diving into the series on Netflix this week, but even without knowing its a series, the cover of that one was too adorable to pass up!

yes an umeboshi onigiri. The yolk looking spot is the umeboshi (preserved plum) I got the orange Day bag

Awww thank you! I have had a hard time getting back into the swing of things, but making my Hobo order is kind of like Christmas for me, I love getting into the planner spirit when everyone is so excited about their orders :P

I ordered fishtail day too. My pkg was held up in customs, apparently because of a preppy ink pen I ordered. I was contacted by email. I’m having trouble printing and contacting them to get this pkg released. If I had know this I would not have ordered pen. I probably could have gotten it here in USA. Never had this issue with shipping in past 8 yrs!

"One Piece" is the name of the Weeks, which is based on a Japanese Manga. Currently Netflix has released a live action version of it.
Nice video. I got the Cats and Me weeks. It’s my first bow and tie cover and I’m surprised at how “thin” it is. I feel like my 2023 calendar weeks (same one as you have) is a bit stiffer? Still really nice tho. I’ve also moved from Cousin to Avec and back again. No regrets!

Yes, and actually Baby fits in it as well. I just tried it! I probably would not put another book in it, but the cousin inside my leather cover does fit! Hope that helps :)

Yes, it is exactly like the cousin inside, it just has a hard cover instead of the cardstock cover. It is a full Cousin. I ordered the English version.

I just remember someone talking about it in one of the hobonichi groups and unfortunately I could not find where I saw it. I believe they were on etsy so you could search there maybe? I think it was a jelly cover of some sort.
Is the cover at 4:10 one of the older Hobonichi releases?
Baby is a custom leather cover I had made by Falcon Travelers. It is one of her Fandom covers for Supernatural. Its an A5 and you can join her facebook group to find out when fandom sales happen as she does not always offer fandom covers. Mine is custom as it is handtooled. I love it so much. This entire year I have had either Baby, which is in the video, or Serenity, which is the ship from Firefly. She also handtooled that one for me. Monique is an amazing artist~!~
Is the leather of the Entoan soft or really firm?
Its soft but textured. So there is some give to it, but not so much that it would lose it's shape. I love the feel of the pebbled leather of the one I received, but as with all leather, it depends on the piece of leather that is used. The one I received is absolutely beautiful and buttery feeling.
11:50 I think those are sea horses, not sea dragons.
They are sea horses but the name of the print is sea dragon and I believe in Japan they call them sea Dragons.
Did you get another cat? You mentioned three, but I’m remembering two. Maybe I’m forgetting one. Tyr, who is orange and fluffy, and Heimdahl (spelling?), who is gray, fluffy and very large. Both Maine Coon cats, I believe.
You have such a good memory!!! And yes, I have a Ragdoll named Sif now and while she is much smaller, she rules the house like the little princess she is :P
