How much delay can I afford to travel to canada after receiving LOI on a start-up visa?I got it in Feb 2024. Can I delay for 3 months, 6 months, or even a year? Validity of LOI is till FEB 2026?

I’m already living in canada as an international student since 1 years, I have started launching my civil engineering company and a boutique in country 2 years ago before moving to Canada. Now I want to apply to this visa because I’ve started offering my cleaning services after a long training time in almost every cleaning sectors(residential, industrial, commercial…). I’m also building an e-commerce platform where I’ll be selling products sourced in china, USA, canada, UK and less in other countries like French, Thailand and etc…
Being in canada about 16 months in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and now Lethbridge in the Alberta; I have observed and make some surveys, then a sorted out a minimum of 20 businesses that I will launch in here, started from the bottom(because I don’t have enough of money at the moment), and work as hard as I can to improve myself and help Canada’s economy grows.

Those who applied prior to the changes being announced are being given closed work permits, however those who applied after the changes are being issued open work permits and also need to follow updated instructions.

I'm asking this 'cause in officer instructions it's clearly indicates that it has to be CWP with respected restrictions and issued for 1 year only😢

I say that they are open now, because when we are submitting the job offer, you have to pick an "open" NOC as the closed entrepreneur NOC is no longer available. @@hanahsabeel9189 You can email me at [e-mail] if you have more questions.
