Steam works just fine, I have no problems with Steam downloads at all on Windows 11. If it is a Windows 11 issue than why doesn't Steam have download issues. I think it's just a Blizzard problem. There are a whole lot more people on Steam than on blizzard, so I think it's definitely a Blizzard ISSUE.
