That 70k minimum capacity rule is definitely more of a suggestion than a rule now.
They were also able to add seats into Cowboys Stadium when they hosted the Super Bowl.
4:48 the casitas are easily removable. And are only set up for Arizona Cardinals games. They have to be removed so the field can go in and out. So seats can be added for any event that requires them. There's also a space in the upper deck where temporary bleachers can be added.
I’m shocked Indy hasn’t hosted another one. They have a great stadium by all accounts.
In Jacksonville did they use Cruise ships to meet the hotel room requirements?
