It's an environmental awareness song about the vain upper class celebrities acting like nothing is wrong outside their bubble and continuing to do their capitalism. Of course the video potrays this as the water being a great "clean shaven" product in how it presents itself online (through youtube videos and ads) but it hides a disgusting dirty ingredient being unethically extracted from Mother Nature Rina and used for profit. The unethical ways the water will eventually consume and kill humanity (as it killed the spokesperson Rina) and yet the rich people at the end don't care about the dead corpse in the trash because the product is gorgeous. Basically, the upper-class manufacturers are shady people who take advantage of the general public by lying about the harmful production process behind the product even though it is clear to see and the general public is very materialistic and don't see the terrible outcome of ignoring environmental and unethical problems until the last second.
I think it's an overall message against capitalism in general, so water can be one of many possible interpretations! Capitalism exploits people and land in so may ways. Glad to see Rina bringing it up

What's everyone's interpretation of the video?? Here's mine: draining the Rina Monster of their fluid represents the extraction of natural resources at any cost. Robot Rina represents how the working class is viewed as expendable in a capitalist society and are expected to perform and comply. It's an environmental awareness song about the vain upper class celebrities acting like nothing is wrong outside their bubble and continuing to do their capitalism. Of course the video potrays this as the water being a great "clean shaven" product in how it presents itself online (through youtube videos and ads) but it hides a disgusting dirty ingredient being unethically extracted from Mother Nature Rina and used for profit. The unethical ways the water will eventually consume and kill humanity (as it killed the spokesperson Rina) and yet the rich people at the end don't care about the dead corpse in the trash because the product is gorgeous. Basically, the upper-class manufacturers are shady people who take advantage of the general public by lying about the harmful production process behind the product even though it is clear to see and the general public is very materialistic and don't see the terrible outcome of ignoring environmental and unethical problems until the last second.
I think it's an overall message against capitalism in general, so water can be one of many possible interpretations! Capitalism exploits people and land in so may ways. Glad to see Rina bringing it up

What's everyone's interpretation of the video?? Here's mine: draining the Rina Monster of their fluid represents the extraction of natural resources at any cost. Robot Rina represents how the working class is viewed as expendable in a capitalist society and are expected to perform and comply. When these workers "short out" they are quickly "thrown away" and replaced. The people walking by are consumers who don't care where the product comes from or how the materials for its production are obtained.
