In today's virtual walk, we're going to visit one of the oldest bazaars in Shiraz which is located in the historical center of the city, 'Vakil Bazaar', an architectural masterpiece where visitors should not miss.
This vibrant and bustling tourist attraction dates back to Zandieh dynasty when Karim Khan Zand (the founder of the Zand dynasty) completed the collection in the 12th century AD and established the bazaar as the economic center for the merchants.
This historical site includes mosques, caravanserai, bathhouses, old shops, courtyards, and etc.
High-grade fabric, handmade rugs and carpets, distillates and mountain herbs, spices, and antiques are among the commodities that this bazaar provides for the visitors.
