Think Sega Genesis/MD share the same FM sound as the Master System, but I could be wrong . I like Genesis a little more than the SNES , but SNES as the better sound for sure

SNES' music is worse in this game. No, the voices are far better in the SNES, so the hack should included the sounds as well

Does anyone know how to play it? Well, I have tried a lot of emulators: Kega, Gens, Bizhawk, etc. and none of them recognize it. I don't know if the problem is that it is an Ips file and those emulators only recognize Bin and Md files. I am not an expert, so I don't know if that is the problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

it's working on the emulator "Fusion", and make sure that you receive a "Markdown" (Md) File when you patch the rom
