You are a great artist, but you are an even greater motivation speaker, the theories and tips you give in ur videos are not only helpful in improving art but are also helpful in improvising life. So thanks dude 👍, i would love to meet u in person and learn a lot from u
Wow. I spent 29 years of my 36 year old life striving for the fancy and advanced things in music. I always thought I was advanced but I didn’t know the fundamentals well at all. I have to accept that there’s no shame in doing the basics well. Thank you!
These are really great tips. I have a book from 1911 called On the Laws of Japanese Painting and it documents how Japanese painters would drill the fundamentals until they were effortless. They would practice the same brush stroke or repaint the same picture over and over again until it was perfect, capturing the essence of the subject. I notice a lot of artists who practice gesture drawing move on quickly from one subject to another and never really learn from their mistakes. They practice for months and get frustrated they aren't improving, when really they need to focus on one simple thing and get good at it before moving on.
I had stopped drawing after having kids and getting married, but I had found your channel a few years ago and followed along with you drawing an iguana I fell in love with art all over again. Thank you so much for that! Now I'm back drawing on a daily basis.
This really clicked with me. Reminds me of my favorite Bruce Lee quote. “Fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”
Great points! It’s easy to get lost in all the tangles of wanting to do and learn everything there is to learn about all the multitudes of art and you’re right forget about it and choose one! That takes a lot of discipline! It reminds me of the Bruce Lee quote I’m paraphrasing but “don’t fear the man that practices 1000 kicks one time fear the man that practices 1 kick 1000 times” 💯🔥
I missed the challenge deadline but so glad for the shared tips!!! Looking forward to using these vital pointers in my next creation Thank you so much bro! Cheers🙌 Also, congrats to the winner!!!!🤩🎉🙌
You’re awesome man and thank you for this opportunity. I struggle a lot to find my niche and this does give me pinpoint perspective. Always a pleasure and please, keep us genuinely motivated if you can help it. Art On!
Hi. I love your drawings, your style, the way you explain stuffs. Can you make a video on how to use layers in drawing apps from rough layout to final piece.

I m 35 year old...I'm "2D Animator" since last 12 years...Still unclear about what I m go at...I've never been a drawing artist that's not my thing but to do better animation everybody told me to know the basics of drawing fundamental....and yes its True being advance is not anything but just to be better in doing the basics in a right way.
Basics are fundamental to become advance level mastering in every field of art. If I had mood to draw I was recreate what I saw... Now want to create something by learning Basics.

Hey kesh, please show us different shading techniques and methods. Why would someone choose to shade light/dark or dark/light? I love your cartoons by the way sir!!! Lets collab someday!!!
I have a couple of free videos on my digital colouring process and I’m sending a little free tutorial on that as part of the challenge. See if that helps.
What is included in the Drawing Camp? It looks like it is divided into sections like Essential, Foundations, Design and Creation. Are those all included or is each section separate and billed accordingly or does the one fee include all 4?
