Thanks. Great presentation. I'm doing the exact same work and can't agree enough with what Eric shared. I have a question though- What about the AB test? Is that also part of data product management/development process. Are there any examples for when we might do AB test for a data product.

Eric might be a great Product Leader but as an Instructor he delivers poorly. No examples mentioned, no real life situations. All he did was repeat over and over in multiple fashions that "you need to know [something] but sometimes you won't". That advice is true for any trade, so pretty useless for the subject of this video: Data Product Manager. As for the interviewer, he did really good questions, very concrete and practical.
