Ive ridden the Manali to Nubra valley route and its amazing! later i rode the eastern coast of India starting in Assam. The high country is spectacular but the people i met in Varanasi, Kolcutta and Kanyakumari was great too!

Could you please tell me that is there any restriction for a person above 60 years of age traveling to Leh Ladakh by his own car? Say, if I want to take my father(61 yrs age) with me straight from West Bengal to Ladakh by road, will be there any issue related to permit and all while entering Leh from the Military pov?

I transported bike to Delhi from Hyderabad. By train and went to leh via Srinagar and returned to Delhi via manali
