  • The Rheon KN050 is a smaller encrusting machine used primarily for soft dough and confections. This is a gentle co-extruder allowing for the manufacture of a variety of quality value added filled foods. It can be used for cookies, confections or even filled meat products. With speeds of up to 100 pieces per minute and one touch speed and ratio changes it is ready to increase your profitability. This is a very accurate machine that can gently handle particulates. Yeast raised or elastic dough is not recommended for this machine.
    A test of this equipment at either our NJ or CA office is required before any purchase.
