I've built 15 Junior 60s in the past 50 years, My favourite plane BUT with Nitro or diesel engines. Electrics lack noise and oil and batteries are hazardous and expensive. Perhaps one of the most iconic model airplanes ever designed. Always popular, the best RC trainer. the best sport Sunday afternoon flyer either FF or radio assist.
Just watched the tribute to Nervice Mike.....I never knew him but my sadness and tears are real. This hobby and the friends created by it is also real. I really love the song they sang " I really want to fly with you tonight" It is now my rc flying theme song, it touches my old man heart. You guys and gals are truly blessed to have such a great group of friends and home town type chanel. See you in the sky...... Pete "Ace" From America
Hi Gain my flying Geek friends....can I ask who wrote and sang the tribute song for Nervice Mike and can a person buy a copy of it. It is one of the best songs I have ever loved to here, it really speek to the love of the hobby and the bond of real friends and the life long memories we develop together. I love watching your channel, keep it going. Pete From America
Cpt Rob, You did a great job of engineering reinforcing this model in the weak points. Congratulations. I saw the sequence of these three videos five times already and I’ll see them another five times if necessary. It’s a pity that all changes are not well or clearly visible in the video, because I’m going to buy a kit and I would like to implement all these changes on it. Thank you very much for the support you give to the air models community. Regards from Lisbon António
Very nice job guys , whats happened to the flying field you had ? That was a really good spot , good landing strip too . Couldn't you use the buddy box system for Phil ?
field been grown for hay. just been cut so we should be back there in the next week or so.Phil will be fine. After all the junior was a free flight model lol
Great job lads. Looks amazing in the air. If you were to buy a motor off the shelf and not from a foamie plane what size would you recommend. Thank you, Stewart
Wouldn't like to say something i have not used. But roughly the spec you want would be something around 1000-1200 kv that would turn a 12x6 prop and roughly a 40A esc. The setup i used for the sopwith Pup should work as well which is a Turnigy L3537-840 Brushless Motor with a 12x8 as the pup weighs in at over 2kg.

Just wondering, do you use gyros?
Если она так любит голубой цвет, почему она одета в розовый вплоть до помады!?
