Press the button on the lower right side 3 times and it will deactivate the rollers. It will save the battery and not annoy you at night. When you get up in the morning, simply press any button and the watch will display the current time and once again activate the rollers.

Thanks for your informative reviews Gediminas :) I like the quirkier style of watches and I know of Skmei from their "Casio Royale" AE1200 "tribute" watches. Some actually prefer the Skmei's illumination light.
