You continue to inspire me to never quit. I'm heading back to my Farm in Ghana soon. I started with 4 chickens Last year now I have over 200. Thank you and bless.
congrats
Yes this is very possible. Its not possible for someone that hasnt tried.
This has really inspired me. I'm starting with 50 chickens and I was thinking that its way below what I had wanted. Imagine 200 from just 4! Wow!
Thanks Doc, for also inspiring many of us!
@@ibukunshola2023 yeah. I was so discouraged and stressed because I wanted to start with 1000 but couldnt get the help I needed and I was running out of money. So I left went back to America feeling down but now they have grown so much. I can't wait to get back. I'm patient and willing to do what it takes to grow to my goals. Your 50 will be 500 in no time.
How did you manage doing it from abroad, am in that dilemma
I have started with 100 layers and they're two months now. Am targeting 500 layers by next year.
Farming is truly a very lucrative venture ✔️
Congrats big brother can I get your number sir for private communication
I live in Europe as a refugees, but am trying to raise money to return back home and start my own farm in Sierra Leone
stay strong 💪💪💪big bro god bless you
I think its better to start when you are still having a job. Especially if you have a trusted person that can take care of it. This is good because by the time you quite the farm can take care of its expenses.
Well done
Best wishes bro
That's how we should be thinking.....wishing you all the best.
I started farming in my family's backyard from food scraps since I didn't have a job, never expected that farming would be something I'd become so passionate about. I now have 7 chickens and 2 ducks in addition to vegetables and animal fodder growing in the backyard, I am working to create a permaculture system wherein to save space I grow produce on the same land that the birds roam, providing benefit both to them and the crops (the birds have cover from hawks, they eat pests, they fertilize the crops, they may eat produce that falls to the ground). Based in America.
I love this
I thank God for my business, I started my poultry farm with 8layers, later I bought another 23 layers . And with the profit I was making and seen poultry farming as a lucrative business now am having 200 layers laying currently. And also rearing broilers as frozen to Eateries And food stores.
About 2 months ago, I decided to expand my poultry business. I used to grow about 50 birds per batch at my backyard. Now I rented a poultry house that can accommodate 250 broiler birds and I am so proud of myself. I am still working now and I plan to quit my job in the next 6 months. Thank you Dr Daniel for your passion and influence
PS: You didn't tell us you had gotten married. Congrats.
I'm a Banker by profession, I resigned my 18 yrs well paying Job to start a poultry farm influenced by DOC. I had no experience nothing but as I watch Doc and reads more I got really interested then resigned. I started with 5000 bird today I got my 1st 3 eggs, its a wonderful feeling.....
Thank you Doc.
That’s great
Where are you from
Wow. Congratulations.
@@solidgoals9932 I'm from south Africa
Your positivity is contagious brother! I pray for endless success for your farm!
From Uganda and yes I started my poultry farm too and it's progressing well...I use the channel as my benchmark.
How did u start, I mean the namba
@@dianadiana2450 started with 200 now have 500
It's hard to deal With Construction when you are not on the ground, and Especially when Family Don't Really understand what you are Trying to Do. But December this year i shall Go Back home and make the First Step and i will Definitely come to Uganda Just to check up on you Dr. Daniel ✨✨
You are a role model for Many here , Peace 🇨🇩🇨🇩🇨🇩
Yes it hard especially when you ain't on ground not until we return to our countries. Ur right bro
Thank you for the good work and the sharing. I also started my poultry farming as soon as I was employed. I have managed to run it and currently I mostly concentrate on breeders. I do hatch.
Thank you farm up,have been following you since and even started a UA-cam channel now at 560 subscribers and has been doing well, thanks for everything.
Absolutely true, thank you for being as upfront as possible, it's painful but truly necessary!
I’ve finally saved enough to purchase my land and am now in the process of making a choice of location. 👍 Soon! Soon! In shaa Allah
Congratulations your making The right choice
Hi. How do you treat diseases in free range?
Chicken Farm with chicken housing available for Lease Am in Kenya
Thank you am thrilled today with your touching speech..It is really really thought provoking
Sir, you are an inspiration to me and many others. God bless and keep moving forward.
I am glad I just started three months ago and already there is some growth. Lovely effort right there 👍
It's very good to take your footsteps about poultry farming
Mahn you really inspired me..Thank you & may your business make many profits🙏
Thank you for being so uplifting!! I have been working on building my farm for the last few years. I started by getting friends and family involved. I made no promises in what I could produce. I raised 100 meat birds in 8 weeks it was hard and I did all the manual work myself I was only able to get 97 to live had a few set backs but don't give up I work 45 to 50 hours a week you can do it you just have to get a good feel for your time management this take time to figure out don't give up keep your drive going!! Peace love and chicken grease!!
Thanks for the wise word Doc, I'm starting this month end already bought the land
i haven't started my farm because we are still constructing the farm area and i am practicing taking care of chickens at home. Cheers Doc. Dan.
Thank you soooooooo much Sir... You put fire in my heart and by the grace of God, I am on my second batch of birds. Love from Nigeria.
You have inspired me a lot Doc. I started a little backyard coop a few months ago with 2 hens and a rooster and I went up to about 30 chickens but rats killed about 20 of my chicks but I was not discouraged and now I have gone back up to 14 chickens. I hope to learn as much as I can before moving on to commercial layers. I’m in South Africa by the way.
Honestly am flabbergasted with the energies.
I wish to grow up my own farm someday.
Please take me through your journey
This is so Amazing my brother. You inspire me everyday. Like I’m always waiting for your videos. I’m sure soon I’ll be telling my story too. It is my dream.
I am a Kenyan and I have admired your farm so much
This guy is genuine. Love you, Bro. Your Sister from Nigeria.👍
Very inspiring and motivating. I started with 1 chicken (local one) this January which was a gift and now they're 32, backyard free range chickens. But because of limited space I'm planning on reducing the number. Hopefully, l will be blessed to do more poultry farming soon, for now one has to work to raise funds.🇿🇼
You motivated me to start around last Sep. to kill boredom during the lockdown. I found land, long story short, I started and continuing. The man I was to buy the land from; we buried last Saturday. Time to look again to avoid family squabbles. I’m in the process of rehoming my chickens.
You know what Dr Daniel, I'm not good at taking orders. I will cultivate the soil on my little piece of land to get crops so I can sell before expanding it. I need more crop growing videos from you. Thank you
this is the perfect way to do healthy farming we love it good luck
You are so inspiring and genuine person …. I am a big fan of you from Ethiopia thank you for inspiring us keep it up brother.
Wonderful presentation and sight. Hard work, brilliant idea. Am following closely when your presentations are made. As a small broiler farmer I feel encouraged. I will take it a little bit higher
Dr Daniel you are so generous thanks for that, lack of knowledge on house construction and on how to care for the layers that was my interest.
It's not hard anyone can do it Just start you will learn along the way
You inspire me a lot. I just don't have enough time for my poultry project due to work as a journalist. Iam contemplating early retirement to go full throatle into animal farming. Bird raring is my favourite. Thank you so much.
Yes we will start thanks for advise 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I want to start farming so bad but my reasons as why I have not yet started are
Land to buy to construct on units for the bird is so expensive and renting land to put on a farm landlords get jealous of the structure and the idea by the time your first rented period is finished he will not extend your lease or stay on his property and yet you have put in your money to construct the unit now you have to look for another place transfer demolish the structure and erect it in another place.
Secondly:- financial security some of us we have jobs that if we quit them right now to focus on the farm with the capital we have we can't run are farm to even its first birthday.
So What I zeroed down to if any one can take my advice first things first I addressed my challenges and I decided for the issue of land instead of renting it let me buy mine.
For the financial insurance am saving the small money so that I can build rental property first all this am doing is to get to my passion of farming there for me I have not yet started because I am still addressing my obstacles which I realized could kill my dream and goal
Rent it for a Year so if They get jealous they can't get you off until the year Is up by then you should be able to buy your own land
Rent it on lease agreement .Get 5 years lease and before the end of it you will but your on land
You inspired me for sure when I come back to Uganda I have to start my own farm
I have been just enjoying watching your channel.well from 2morrow iam finishing my small barn to start with 100 birds.
Am Zambian always watching you ,you make me feel like I can it ,last year I try it's but I fall it coz of lack of time keep it up you re real man .
Hey doc I started my rabbit firm last month with 5 rabbit 2served ,you can't believe after a week they gave me 14 babies I died now I have 18 rabbit ...targeting 1000 next year .we started this journey with you last year with chicken but due to duo security at my village they disappoint me since I was not available. 4 remained but since they are reproducing I hope to hit my target since farming is passion. Thank you for inspiration.Kenya

This is for me. I need to start it now. Soon when I get back home.
Thank you for this motivation
Thanks again for inspiring me to start my small poultry farm. I started in March 2021 with one hen and one rooster. Today is November 10th 2021 over fifty chickens , lost six of them that did not hatch, ten are laying eggs and I also have 15 one month old chicks 🐣 . I wonder how many I will have in one year 😀 I’m excited to start in my backyard and looking forward to moving to the farm soon.
Hey Dr I have already started mine. It's four months old now with 1000 dual purpose birds (kroiller) but with a totally different outcome everyday. In summary the farm is still alive because of my attitude otherwise I only laughed in the first 45 days with them.
thanks Dr Daniel.😀 here i feel you referring to me. i have been inspired long a go yet i haven't started due to the mentioned excuses. i want this so bad that my heart pains every time i watch any farming videos. but ends now.
Thank you so much with your advice and from now let me start with small number what I have

You are really doing great broo...You are so Inspiring and I admire your working..Am really going to do this by God's grace 🙏🙏🙏
My favourite poultry farmer
You really inspired me Alot am From Gambia ❤️
A peak roof would keep the hens from perching on the laying boxes. They would also benefit from more perches in the coop. Higher than the nest box so that they prefer perching there instead of on the nest box.
I've always been procrastinating to start but next year January by the grace of God, I'll everything possible to get started. I must live my dream as a farmer or else I'll never be full filled in life.
Great work
Thank you
this guy is charming. I love him for his passion. I am considering leaving Europe and go back home and fulfil my dreams and be happy
