It is unknown if she is a separate identity of Furude Rika or also the Witch Bernkastel. I believe in the latter. Srsly. You must watch/read Umineko. The novels are way better than the anime though :/ they created the anime before Umineko Chiru was even released!

Well, I think.. Shikata akiko's voice is so beautiful.
