Sell less tips but will sell more full products fir more money especially once they are made rechargeable with a recharging unit. For hospitals the recharbabling port could hold 25-50 units with a sanitizer case to enclose them like electric toothbrush heads are already done.

I like the IDEA of the throat scope but it isn't sustainable whereas the wooden tongue depressors are because wood (trees) are grown for all types of products and I'm quite certain the plastic isn't recyclable over and over and over whereas wood can be composted, etc...Great idea just needs more research into a sustainable throwaway product.
