After their card is placed next to the queen for the control, I would recommend doing a false shuffle. It really sells the illusion that it’s properly lost which makes finding it look more impressive!
So glad that you are back man. You were a big inspiration to me back in the day. Even if you are starting off with the beginner stuff, it's still great that you are uploading again. Now if we can just get your boy Jarek120(Disturb Reality) back as well. He was another big inspiration, that basically left at around 1 million subs. I know he was going for the WWE.
Dear Asad, Outstanding performance. I must say your presentation is really very good. What I like about you the most is the handling and the way you speak.. full of power clear easily understood. I am a stage performer. Actor playing a role of a magician. Since few years I have jumped into the pond of closeup. Thank u so much for sharing this wonderful piece. Wishing you all the best. I do a variation of this trick but I use 2 Jack's. It was one of the first tricks that I've learned. I like to control the spectators card to the top and then do a shuffle, controlling the chosen card.
@@HulkVahkiin No, one example is this: place both red queens on top (initial set-up), say Q♥ - Q♦ - rest of the deck. Then let them randomly choose any card they like (if you trust them, they can even go through the deck themselves and pick the card they feel connected to). Then put their card back the exact same way demonstrated. If they pick Q♥, then you can see this by going through the deck that Q♥ and Q♦ are not next to each other (or on top/bottom deck worst-case), so you know that their card is right behind Q♦. You can now pick Q♣ as the other key card under the guise of something like 'they call these the Broken Queens because hearts and spades are more popular', or any story you wish to make up. If they pick Q♦, then you could do the exact same thing but I would personally then pick Q♠ and call them Royal Queens or whatever (I just made these terms up right now btw :P). tl;dr: if Q♥ is picked, new 'key cards' are Q♦ and Q♣. If Q♦ is picked, then key cards are Q♥ and Q♠. The trick can continue without the spectator ever knowing that they were being difficult :)
@@HulkVahkiin you just do not cut at the key card but the card before (or behind the selected card). The selected card gets at the 2nd position from top/bottom. From there it is easily contolled to the bottom e.g. by shuffle/double undercut etc
To make this completely impromptu you could have the spectator shuffle and cut the cards at the beginning as much as they like. Then take the cards back and use an ol' Sankey ruse where you spread the cards face up and say "do you see a pattern in these cards"? While doing so note the top card. Turn them face down, riffle shuffle the cards while saying "lets" shuffle them a couple more times. Retain key card on top, at this point have them pick any card and have them cut the cards repeatedly while saying now we have even "mixed" them up some more so there is no way either you or myself know where your selection is. Let's say the card you spotted on the top was the 9 of spades. Just before you go looking for the helpers tell them you are going to use your favorite cards or lucky cards or whatever line of garbage you like. Finish the trick.

So after I lose their card when it’s next to the queen of hearts when I cut the deck a few times it’s not the same card above the queen of hearts i think it’s possible that I may have cut the deck between the two cards if this happpens what do I do?
If you first set aside the helper cards, they cant be accidentally picked. And its sooooo easy to do a false shuffle, keeping the selected card on bottom. Probably the easiest false shuffle there is. Nice trick btw. Simple but fun, and gets good reactions usually.
nope as it does not change the sequence. You simply remove the „none“ key card first and coplete the cut so that the key&selected card are again in the middle. Or even more simple: take the key card from the Top and remove the 2nd helper card which is even more deceptive as you do not cut the cards at all during removing the helper cards. Another way is - after realizing - that you let the spectators cut again (motivated by presentation).
So what happens when I let them cut it, and they cut it at the exact place that separates the queen and their card? Then the trick is ruined. That's what I don't like about letting them shuffle it themselves. Yes I know I can do it, but every time someone does a trick for me, I want to shuffle it. And when they say no, ruins the whole appeal since I know they stacked it somehow.

Yeah when I started magic, I binge watched disturb reality. after he got around a million subs or so, he disappeared. Learned a lot from that man
Really good presentation! It makes a very simple trick look like the most amazing trick in the world.

Great! It’s 3.21AM right now. Time to practice some routines❤️
i’ve always caught the deck in a version of this trick, but i like the one handed onto the table too!

WHY WOULD YOU USE JACKS?!?!?
@@peestrem31 maybe he has a friend named Jack
Fiendishly simple and brilliant
If they pick the pair card, you can easily just use 2 different "helper" cards instead.
But wouldn't you need to restart the set up?

Tack för ett bra trick! Bra förklaring så att även en svensk pensionär hänger med. 🪄
Easy and cool!
Can you do a tutorial on how to find a card in the deck and manipulate it to the top or bottom?
you mean a control?
@@akoozab7122 yeah sleight of hand stuff or whatever it is called

I think you're looking for the spread cull
Amazing, simple concepts but visually strong, keep the great stuff coming!
Can you make a tutorial for some cool sleight of hand?

Yes time to play 52 card pickup

you know the false cut where you do the swing cut the the other swing cut then the other thing where you put it under?!?!?
I remember when he did on how to spin a pen
What if you cut it at the key card during all those cuts or if you ask them to cut it, that would ruin the trick right?
yup

0:59 does cutting the deck need to be so loud?
Yes, it is essential to the trick. If not the whole trick would come crashing down
Very nice idea. Easy to do but I can definitely see this fooling most ppl

You simply let them cut again. It does not change the sequence. Once you spotted the card they could even mix.
At the beginning there is an infinite loop of asad’s !!! Sorry if I spelled wrong
If ur having trouble understanding it , Daniel Roy explains it much better
you are stretching your videos so much just get to the point man
Another obvious trick.
