- 'Sa Zambuling Di Na' talks about the human condition in samsara and illustrates how many popular songs are rooted in Buddhist values. It was written in 1986 by Thinley Gyamtsho, a lyricist whos' Rigsar songs have transcended generations and are still popular to this day.

Thank you for acknowledging the composer. Thinley Gyamtsho, who composed this song, wasn’t just a lyricist. He also sang all of his songs in the early and mid 1980s, including Nga gi choelu masong and more. Him and Tashi Gyeltshen recorded their first album in 1986 with support from HRH Azhi Chuki. Recording was done at her residence on to a cassette tape. It’s a shame we don’t have those cassette tapes around these days.
