Shes a good tank. It doesn't mean she's broken or OP. Zarya is broken, DVA is where all tanks should be, but most aren't. I'd say there are 3 or 4 well balanced tanks, all the others need work one way or another.

Zarya is absolutely busted, but sigma not so much. Just avoid rock using her boosters and don’t shoot him when he has SUCC Bullet.
Zarya, just don’t shoot bubble and DELETE her when she doesn’t have bubble.
