I'm guessing his intention was to call in a mechanic, take the car out that needs servicing & have the mechanic work/service them in the open outdoors under the shade. With the tools box inside he doesn't have to scramble when/if it starts to rain ... And also looking at the showroom garage & the cars, I don't think the owner would buy cars that needs constant working on them That's just my thoughts though 🤘
You forgot to mention the Big Ass Fans BAF in the screened porch and garage. Those are really cool! The garages and club house on top of the garage is the best part of the house along with the hill top and land.
He is in need of a stylish for appropriate clothing. His fit frame and height provide an opportunity for refined, dapper clothing. This would equal the beautiful properties that he is presenting!
Apart from being way over priced, you would think these super special top tier architects could have done a better job in the car garage area... they missed the basic fundamentals of automobiles and structures... @ 19:18 lets put a huge cement and metal pole right in the drive next to a garage door. then worse @ 19:54 having vertical poles throughout your garage only invites accidents, scrapes and impediments... VERY poor design
Good video as always, but your videos would be a lot better if you slowed down a touch, and also showed the complete house. We have been disappointed for 3 or 4 straight videos by not taking the time to show things we can see , or things that you mention and then don't show. My wife wanted to see the 2 pantries you mentioned in this one for example, you never showed the inside of the beautiful garage on the Modern Farmhouse for another example. Otherwise we love the videos, hope you use this as constructive feedback.
what a great house and dope tour as always. have just one question, every time i watch American home tours , its always the same thing it took 5 years to build . why does it take so long build a 6 bed 9 bath house. I'm a property developer in south Africa with Strick labor laws and difficult construction rules and regulation. i could still build a 10 bed 11 bath house in 7/9 moths easy
Appreciate that! Sounds like we need you here haha. You know, I don’t know the exact answer to that, all I can say to it is that permitting occasionally here takes forever and when someone plans on building their forever home they can change their minds more then a few times haha. Also this home and its location of being on a hill away from major commercial areas also took more planning. Would love to film out in South Africa one day
Sawubona Lloyd, kunjani mfowethu? I heard him say for 5 years it was design, still, two years would be a lot to build when compared to us here in South Africa. One year would have been the most to build that here. Otherwise, a beautiful house with nice furnishings. That garage is very nice, all the different sections that are functional. Very, very nice. The cars are the icing on the cake. Must say, the garage is way too detached from the main house. I have seen a number of American houses like that. For me, it would not be nice to have to walk that far for my car. I am even imagining the rainy seasons.
All homes should be built to accommodate the elderly and disabled. This will be better for everyone. Large wide doorways and hallways make using a cane, walker or wheel chair much easier. Bathrooms or wet rooms need to have flat floors and no shower hump or pan. A flat floor allows for easy access and drains need to provided. Easy to use lever door and faucet handles are easier for the elderly to grip and open. Main floors should include a master bedroom, restroom, shower, laundry and wide walk in closet with few steps to enter. Homes should be designed with aging in place in mind.
So a completely hidden door to a bedroom that would probably get consistent use out of....but... a clearly double-locked door, very visible, in the closet that is a safe or a safe room? I think you have some priorities backward...
I think it’s partially because of the hill that the house was built on. I think it’s nice if you think about the noise coming from the garage. Being further away from the home might nice long term 🤷🏻
I find it fascinating how people with OCD go with pure white interiors like this. People that don’t have OCD do not do this. Odd but true fact. You can’t wear high end clothes & sit on that furniture.
What a cold vibe this house has... screams new money.
Yes, let's design separate room from garage to hold tool boxes, so "convenient" to work on :D

like the tours that are not in la or nyc 👍. Separates u from the rest
Appreciate that! More to come.

True I did, BAF’s are OP
@@GavrenOP?
love the house loved the tour and your so right sunken living rooms are so awesome.
1000%. thanks for watching
Love how his voice echoes off the walls. Cozy.
Nice house! I'd love you to do a proper tour when the house is decorated, the leaves are blown, and the mold is cleaned off the dive platform.
Large roof overhangs add beauty and protection for the doors , windows and siding from the sun, wind and rain
You can find me everyday doing donuts in my Porsche if that was my place 🫡
Part of the morning routine haha

it.s not a full gym. That is a closet. No squat rack, no benches. A full gym has dumbbells to at least 120.
I think u missed out to show each n every space though i would love if you show us every room n space with the layout though
It’s a bit stark. Could use some softening, more rugs and artwork.

This is one of my favorite homes
‘’And if you look to the left, you can see someone ruining the concrete.’’

Great tour! Exquisite home
Thanks for checking it out!

I agree. They look ugly too. Should’ve engineered in a way they wouldn’t need to put those poles
If you can't drive any better than that you don't need to drive into the garage. Maybe just nit pickin
@@RustyBailey-u5o a garage is to park cars... not meant to be an obstacle course for driving
@@RustyBailey-u5oYeah, you're a nit
You have to be a really bad driver if this is a serious concern for you.
This house won’t sell anywhere near the $23 million asking price, not a snowball’s chance in hell, mark it
This came out so good man wow
Thanks bro! The shots were crispy

80 acres or no, that joint is stupidly overpriced for Anywhere; Tennessee especially. Way too modern, needs to be a warmer space throughout.
I love this home. I actually like Tennessee as well.😅
🤝
Brilliant presentation; it's my first time here.
Welcome!
Really nice house ❤

😂😂😂😂😂 I was counting but lost track at one point.

@3:48 that does look like a legit (Herman Miller) Eames so very strange not to have an Aeron in the office at @2:57
Really cool house.
Stunning!
Thank you! Cheers!
Franklin Tennessee is really nice❤
🤝
Nice house, but there’s no way I’m frosting all those windows if I’m on 80 acres lol
Fair haha
He keeps saying 5 years of planning. Somebody was in prison.😅😅😅😅😅... Or on a lot of drugs because it doesn't take that long to plan a house.
YES
Batwing 🏡
I like that
I love this
Not worth 24mm
You're right, I reckon it's worth at least 3cm.
why would you change a theatre to a studio room or music room?
Who wouldn't that theatre is ugly its better to be a music room with that size
imagine this house at night in a horror movie lmao
Over edited. Just walk through and show the house.
Then do it yourself.
I agree,
I disagree
Another dream house added to the list😅
Same here haha
So many stairs, as a wheelchair user it would be impossible to manoeuvre around from level to level, not very accessible
11:20 Did you say patio or cattio??!!🤣🤣🤣
Such a missed opportunity 🤦🏻

Nice mad. Video
Appreciate it
The tool room needs to be inside where the cars are. It is obvious the owner doesn't work on his own cars.
Not everyone wants to work on their cars. Get over it
Is this where Mikey went?
Keep the house. Give me the Sport Classic. Great spec.
Didn’t these people know not to build next to power lines?
5 years of planning and you get something, which a 6yr old could do in 30min while watching tv. Wow...
Right is a weird design first the dining room and then the kitchen instead of the living room and the stairs at the back
It does look like a bit simplistic, and designed with one of these free home planning applications.
I find it a bit odd that the garage is so far away from the house
I think it’s partially because of the hill that the house was built on. I think it’s nice if you think about the noise coming from the garage. Being further away from the home might nice long term 🤷🏻
$23 million for Tennessee? Hard no.

5 Years just for designing etc... someone got ripped off hard lmao
23 million and a DXRacer chair.
Ok.
..."a orchard".
Please make your videos more lengthy.
Noted! Thanks man
Feels like a pet project for an equity rich Cali investor. Not worth $23M. Cool house though!
7 years... now for sale.
Hows the cat doing?
Good from what I hear
23 million? It's not waterfront, doesn't seem worth it.
nice house but the architect saw you coming by taking 5 years to design it.
Why would anyone spend 23 million and live on Franklin TN 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Where’s $23M better served?
@@GavrenFlorida coast, Cali Coast, the US Virgin Islands, and on and on
Nobody will spend it, this house won’t sell for much more than half of that
Don't knock it before you try it. This is heaven compared to the condo cesspools of Florida or the muck that is California
@@johnkad123 You’ve never been to Ponte Vedra Beach

America has such ugly big museum like homes it would freak me out living in such a big glass maze in the forest 🪓
Watch too many movies haha
New homes should come with solar panels, a rain water collection system and an electric vehicle charger in the garage.
You ain't getting 23ml, it's onlyyyy worth 1/2
Cool garage, rest of the place Meh. No touring bus will fit in 12" shop/barn doors. Cool review though. Thx!
A Dentist office with toys,
Shoes on in the house is a HUGE cringy no no!
In many cultures it is a sign of disrespect.

Stale and uninspired. Feels like work designed and completed by an aspirational family member.
