Hello, I cuurently have RCD510 (on VW Sharan B7) and I would like to upgrade to RNS510. I get the RNS510, GPS Antenna, and code for unlocking RNS510. Do I need microphone or is it fitted in my car from factory?
Hi I did this then stupidly turned the key in the ignition - now when I insert the CD nothing happens - I think I need to reformat the HDD, any ideas how I could do this? thanks!
Aurangzaib Baloch just update with the firmware cd, let it install and it will be fine after the new firmware. But you have to update the navigation afterwards, because of the software update your hdd is wiped.

I did the same thing, did you find a solution? If so can you please tell me aswell

I do this on my 2010 Tiguan RNS 510 after updated firmware at 5238 and now I have V17 map 2020!!! Fantastic and also autovelox!!! 👍
