This was a time when women were testing fashion freedoms, and being more revealing was part of that. Being prim and perfect dolls was going out, making way for woman to have the freedom to choose their style path. Personally I loved the 90’s more than the early 2000’s, but the 2000’s were still important years in fashion, where women wanted to express themselves without the influence of men’s doll-like ideals.
