Brad, very good video. Thank you for taking the time to address a basic understanding for those TW enthusiasts trying to manage their TW with your aftermarket accessories & components. A future Q&A video session would be great. Appreciate your R&D efforts on the TW, XT, as well as the CB 500X 👍👍👍
Great Video, Thanks. Have you ever done any testing with the"Smart Carb" I purchased one late last year to try to deal with the elvevation issues with the stock carb. Still needs some fine tuning come this spring but no more elelvation issues.
I have not. I'm not opposed to it though. I have experimented with other non-pumpers and have found a bad lean situation under quick acceleration. So far a pumper has been necessary for our builds.
I am having issues with the rear disc conversion kit. At first couldn't get it to work, tried bleeding through Bango bolt as your suggestion with no success, finally dealer was able to get working, then it started dragging after 6 rides and warped rotor and took out brake pads. Ordered another rotor and pads from you and it worked for about 4 rides now back to it not working. I can feel the pads squeezing when pedal applied but not enough pressure on rotor. 2nd issue is with big wheel kit I cannot get caliper on or off with removing wheel as jot enough room between rim and rotor, thus is with thr shark fin installed as well. Any suggestions? Thanks
@@chriskiwior7778 unfortunately that is part of having the wide ATV wheel in the back with the disc. To get the caliper off the wheel or the rotor will have to be loose. It is hard to speak to a hydraulic brake problem like you described. I have never heard of this. Maybe we can get someone to speak up with any ideas. We will try to get you taken care of somehow.
Good afternoon friend, I need advice, I have a tw125cc and I would like to raise it to 200cc or whatever I can. What cylinder do you recommend or do you have something for sale? all the best. from Spain.
@@Pacopill-l8k unfortunately I don't think you can do much with the short stroke and small cases. I think you would be better off doing an engine swap to a 200 or 225.
I installed the 70 mm bore my mechanic is saying to take out the racing carburetor and put the stock carb back in I'm so confused I purchased all these items to work together 70mm bore the racing carburetor & high RPM Camshaft and now my mechanic is telling me it doesn't work right with the Tw motor
Hey thanks for the fast shipping on the skid plate and pegs for the xt 250. I appreciate it. Great video.
Muchas gracias intentaré buscar un 200cc

I have way too many questions to start the discussion on this forum, have your mechanic give me a call and we will get it fixed up. 870-613-4658
How well does the clutch deal with the extra torque?
It's tough on it for sure. We find that the spring spacers we offer take care of the problem.
I will call you Tuesday if I can get a hamburger today!😁
😂
I can only watch about a minute or two this video I can't stand the music in the background when I'm trying to listen to what he has to say
