My daughter was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy on 20th may 2020.my doctor advised me for stimulator but dr Abishek advised not to go for the treatment. I was confused but at last I followed his advise and trust me he is one of the best physiotherapist.Today 25th July my daughter is almost recovered. He is the only reason behind her recovery.U are a legend thank u so much for your assistance and cooperation.🙏🏻plz do take his assistance if you or any of your loved once is suffering from Bell’s palsy.

After ten days, i gained almost 70% of the control. do these exercises along with facial massage with any lubricant and take your medicines prescribed by your neurophysician. Don't be depressed, it's a temporary thing. We can get out of it.

@@ronakpatil5879 don't be afraid , be patient. It is a temporary thing. Just continue what you are doing. If you can go to any physiotherapist, it is good. But I didn't go to any physiotherapy center. Just give constant movement to your facial muscles every like every 2 to 3 hours. Imagine moving those muscles so that you can train your brain. At first, I did research on google. After finding the causes ,recovery rate and time, I just followed what my doctor said.

Well done physio classroom but the goal to the palsy side is to improve strength. Performing passive stretch on the palsy side don't improve strength. Also applying resistance to the non palsy side will further increase the muscle strength of the side.

      Yes,
These exercises are meant to facilitate Movements on the paralyzed side by using the resisted contraction of the normal side.

Surged faradic current causes tetanic contractions of small facial muscles which can lead to abnormal facial tightness and synkinesis.
So not recommended in bells palsy.
Kindly watch all videos in Bells palsy playlist to have more ideas on various treatment options for optimal recovery.
