Thank you for this information for those who are wanting to immigrate to Canada. I would also say that if one is trying to immigrate to Canada they should avoid Toronto and Vancouver like a plague. I am from Kenya and lived in Calgary for 15 years, then moved to Toronto for 5 years before relocating to Edmonton late last year. Toronto is no joke. It is very very expensive and jobs don’t even pay much because of high competition. The same job I was doing in Toronto, I am being paid 30K more in Edmonton and the cost of living is much lower. People just need to gather lots of information about Canada before making the move
Thank you. Which jobs can be easily found by people newly arriving, especially from East Africa before they can get those in line with their education? Regards from Uganda 🇺🇬🇺🇬
Canada is deporting asylum seeker right now, most asylum seeker please be advised and be ready to return to your home country. Canada stops to process the case for all cases for asylum seeker. Say bye bye Canada
You are so spot on. The problem with our people is that we rely so much on second hand information. Rather than going to do our proper homework. This Canada thing has been on the news for a while. Because someone tried something and it worked for him doesn't mean it will work for another person, because everyone's situation is different. I don't understand if our people think the authorities are stupid. Everyone is going to Canada with the same storyline and they have realized that. That is why they are very strict with Nigerians. As you said, many don't even know the meaning of asylum. You can't seek asylum for economic reasons.
I wonder how people say that canada is not good.my son went last year but he is doing well and the same to my nephew. But who ever is cornfetable here.no problem don't go.but to those who have life goals please don't hesitate.
Well said all you said are correct you need to know the full meaning of what you are going in for and have all evidence handy if you're doing that at port of entry and that doesn't end there because you will every time go for hearing and all you narrate has to tie with what you first narrated
Point of correction. You are not facing any judge for refugee hearing. An asylum claimer will present his/her case to a board member (not a judge or lawyer). The board member will decide if the clam will be accepted or rejected.
Thank you,you are telling them the truth, i too left canada in 2020 after staying there for 21 years but with legal status, from PR to Canadian citizen, but the country have become a trash, highcost of houses, rent , groceries, Bills everything,no jobs any more the country was fucked up,now it's worst, its better we African's to stay here at home in our motherland.
Come home so that we can also go there since you’ve been there for sometime. Let us also go and experience the hardships that you went through throughout the 21 years.
I said a lot of our people don't go seek the fight information before they do things. Each person must prove to immigration how you qualify for asylum. There are specific requirements. Seek legal advice first.
God bless you for this information. Late last year one of my husband close friend that we live in the same street was kidnapped and later released after ransome was paid , police were involved and it was in the news too. We lived few steps away from each other, i want to know if i can use this in seeking asylum because those kidnappers are still very much around our area. Though police were deploy to our area now but the last kidnapping is not even up to a month now, with police everywhere. Am a widow and we leave in fear in my community as we speak now. I need advice how this can work for me and my kids. Thanks for the good job sir ,.God bless you.

Hello Noxa, please if your visa is cancelled before travelling to Canada and you only got to know at the port of entry, can you seek asylum after realising your visa is cancelled?
I think those 3 people lied to you, this message down here is from Canada website. You cannot be deported or sent back to a country in which your life or freedom may be in danger on account of your race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion. This is the fundamental right of all refugees and asylum-seekers. In Canada, while you are waiting for a decision on your asylum claim, you cannot be deported to your country of origin. Even if you enter the country without a visa or entry permit, you cannot be deported until your refugee application has been considered. Canada also has decided not to deport people to certain countries that it believes are not safe. Even if your asylum claim is rejected and you are a citizen of one of these countries, you will not be deported. The list of countries is regularly updated and can be found here. Please note however that if you are coming from the United States and wish to claim asylum at the Canadian border, some restrictions apply. Under the Canada-U.S. Safe Third Country Agreement (STCA) and its Protocol, you cannot make a claim at the Canadian border and will be turned back to the U.S., unless you qualify for an exception to the Agreement. Please check our Claiming asylum at the land border section for more details.
Hello Noxa, you are really doing a great job and all your contents are 💯 accurate and highly informative. Please do a video on contract marriage in Canada, it advantages and disadvantages too. Please this information is needed urgently. Thanks
I heard several international students applied for it. If they dont qualify they will be deported. People please seek legal advice and find out what are your options.
Hello Noxa, you are really doing a great job. Please sir, i would like you to do a video on this asylum route. Most of us are yet to understand what this entails. Secondly, what are the advantages and disadvantages of this asylum. That is for those who finally succeeded in becoming a refugee in Canada? Finally, I want to know if a refugee in Canada has equal right with other Citizen, if yes, what are those right. Can they send an invitation letter to any of their friends and family members in their home country? Thank you
