I can compare this to the bay area, San Francisco.

Maybe downtown SFO only, Kilimani is more posh than most bay area cities likes of San Jose, Oakland,Berkeley. There are no homeless people in its streets like in the bay. With a better road infrastructure it will beat all CA cities including LA.
