So ALLMIND does have the capacity to express emotions at the very end. This is quite surprising considering how flat she was through most of the game. Them having a wavering voice once they acknowledged that their plan has failed almost made me feel bad.
I think its really telling when in in japanese "Kate" and allmind are the only 2 characters to share a VA In english many characters do so its not odd for someone to think Kate was a real person, but the jp voice makes it super obvious even without being pointed in that direction through walter's dialog, during the mission he says that shes not in the arena, after the mission he talks with Carla to look into kate and then the next mission suila has new help something that didnt happen the first 2 times, ayre looks her up and comes to the same conclusion and when we attack the xylem Walter knows its us and not someone new because he hasnt trust Allmind since that Kate mission and coms cut out more than once with us at the xylem city and at coral convergance, Its quite amazing to see the story left clues for the characters to follow not just the player
@@pdmeditationgaming8289 i just love that they leave clues for the people in universe to follow not just us, Walter has been with us longer than Ayre so even though he's been left in the dark most of the game thanks to allminds encrypted coms, Walter recognizes MDD as encrypted logs so if he see it out in the field like us at Baws and later when fighting Suila he can connect the dots and come to the conclusion who ever tipped off Suila is responcible for what happened at Baws Then you have the easter egg at the sweap up the grid mission which is the first cannonical place you can find those invisible enemies whether its ng+ or ng At xylem city when we fight father dolmayan allmind blocks his call to connect with us even though she didnt need to just to tell us about father dolmayan, walter would tell us to defend ourself regardless but allmind is trying to gain our trust by warning us about him and look like an ally, Walter can tell something is up at this point even if he doesnt mention it because he was so confident that we were inside the xylem causing a problem at the end of the game because he knows someone has been talking to us behind his back in times when he cant be there and who else but "Kate", Walter tries to break through the encrypted coms and get rid of the jamming during the coral convergance mission meaning he's been trying to get around it in his off time in case something like xylem happened again, allmind even cuts him off again saying how she'll deal with him despite not doing so until the xylem mission after mia which to me means she's actively counterhackin his attempt to get back a connection rather than talking about killing him as she was planing to deal with him and carla later, this must have been the final nail for Walter that We werent dead and working behind his back since someone was actively jamming him when he tried to establish a backdoor into our ac to contact us or at least disable what was jamming him Honestly as boring as the true ending can feel, it probably has my favourite bit of conflict in the game that being Allmind and Walter
@@MrAmunai believe me, i still see people that think Kate is someone Allmind off the Grided like she does for 621 in MIA, the voice just makes it harder to assume because in english important characters do share vas, like swinburne and wu huahai and suila and gun 6
As usual, the English sub was for the English dub, thus does not match with what the Japanese dub said in many places. For example, the NG+ welcome line, she actually stopped herself mid sentence, something like "Raven, about your return... excuse me, I welcome your return and anticipates great things from you." That said, it is impossible to properly translate what she said into English since the first half of the sentence is missing too many elements, and Japanese is such a context heavy language. The sentence could have gone anywhere with what she started. My headcanon says she was about to say "Raven, I've been waiting for your return", but that would expose the fact that she knows 621 well... Yeah, base on that and the fact NG+ and beyond do not start from the very beginning, instead from the moment 621 reconnect to Allmind, I believe NG++ was the real run, before were just simulations run by Allmind.
I have different take away, her "final moment" is she powering herself down, letting herself die. The moment before she was worried her plan had failed, that's what I heard in her voice, worry. But when Ayre declared she will get what she want, for an AI there is no better news. I'm of the opinion that her final moment was death with satisfaction.
She is not that agitated by her defeat. Possibility that her Raison detre will not be achieved - that's what's terrifies her. That's why She immediately calms down and disconnects when Ayre says that they will pull the trigger. Even though She is obviously want to control the process. Thus I think it's more about despair than sense of defeat.
The JP dub + the allmind fanart really elevate the whole game for me
Megumi Han (JP Voice Actress for ALLMIND, Gon Freecss, Akko Kagari, Kana Arima etc.) delivered a fantastic monotone performance in this game.
She's Lalah and Penny
She's Penny in RWBY, we need antichrist Penny
Pega, Riku’s friend from Ultraman Geed, and Ultraman Justice from UGF 2 and 3.
Now she has a role in NIKKE serving as an AI system once again for a mech, Shift Up really has 10/10 casting

Fucking Iguana!
I love Megumi Han's performance as Allmind. It's so hard to choose between the Japanese and English dub when it comes to most of AC6's characters.
Thank you for your hard work
you're welcome 😄
Guess we can all agree that AC6 is one of those games that have both excellent EN and JP dubs.
She sounds even more flat, monotone and robotic than her English voice. It's almost disturbing how it both fits and yet doesn't.
Yeah, that's right!
It fits that dead eye stare that she was given by the fan art
Japanese in its formal form is inherently monotone.
JP Allmind my beloved
ALLMIND exists for all memes
Damn, finally i got allmind's asmr
Enjoy! 😊
All mind records all of your combat data that includes even the amount of times you die , rage quit , and or just you being dumb in some scenarios
Nice nice, this is what I need!!
Glad to hear!

Japanese dub is just...Perfection. I don't have the words. I enjoyed it soo much.

thanks, this must've taken a long while! just asking, did you consider making a JP Rusty video? imo his JP voice is _sexier_
Rusty JP's voice lines shouldn't be a problem. I will put it in my plan 😊
do you have one for rusty? i want to hear if 'buddy' is 'aibo' in japanese
I also thought it would be 'aibou' but he uses 'senyuu' in the JP dub
I already scheduled for that. If things go well, I should be able to release the video next week
Question after that first scene with Allmind talking to iguazu about his body breaking down, why did it repeat again
Oh man, I must have made a mistake during the editing process. My apologies for the bad experience 😢
