Shud have shown better professional judgement in the court bcoz fate and time of most people depends on the Indian judiciary system.
Brought in the workaholic culture to judiciary so far Odisha was concerned . Could have been bit benevolent so far deciding cases was concerned pertaining to the High Court matters in his roster concerning the poor litigants. His administration and steps taken for upliftment of highcourt and lower court was simply mind blowing ,awesome , stupendous . But the virtual mode of addressing the highcourt introduced in various district was not in consonance with ARTICLE 214 and is a debatable one and the ramification was like having 25 highcourt in one state thereby degrading the institution. His legal acumen was by far the best so far as state of odisha is concerned. He belonged to the Supreme Court and by not seeing him elevated to the apex court by the SC Collegium is a decision much less to be desired and the country citizen have been deprived of the services of a great judge and renovative judgements.
Yes bro, I do agree with your views on the outgoing Chief of the High Court of Odisha J Muralidharan, especially with your views expressed on his efforts to extend the high court to each district of the state. Whatever good it is from the interest of the litigants point of view, it certainly undermines the tempo and the value of the superior judiciary in the mind of an ordinary citizen. It seems as if in course of evolution we acquired in depth of technology like invention of the atomic fusion, subsequently which turned to be the most catastrophic for the mankind. I also sincerely believe that the live streaming part, undertaken by almost all the high courts of the nation and the apex court itself which is argued as a matter of transparency and all, but is it really good for the citizens of the country, like a significant portion of it draws their inspirations from the catfight of lawmakers available to them by live telecast. The ordinary citizen if able to get into his mind, the technical and critical interpretation of statutes and other law points, where the objective is to prove the guilt beyond all reasonable doubt else it is accepted and proved not guilty and thus innocent. This phenomenon of the findings in proceedings streamed live may inspires the criminal mindset of an average citizen, and will it not lessen the fear of law in their mindset. I don't understand the need of every proceeding being live streamed to everyone, without taking in mind their requirement, the negative impact it makes in a section of the citizens who easily get attracted to earn their livelihood by committing crimes and do research in getting them away from the clutches of the law. The availability of livestreaming and/or repeat telecast on in a smartphone anytime may contribute as a crash course in the of young and well educated criminals to market and promote crime as a career and consider it as lucrative as becoming a politician in a career quest. This may put a negative impact on the society where jobs are not easily available for every youth after completion of their study in schools/colleges/institutions. No doubt it is not as glowing as it looks. The decisions are needed rethinking and quick reviews of their impact both positive and most importantly the negative impact also.

Yes. I believe, if he is so outstanding to Sidharth Varadarajan and The Wire, my heart expresses sincere gratitude to Shri. Narendra Modi, who I think is not responsible to it, for seeing it through. I am sure SC is not the place for persons to sit to whom people like Varadarajan is enamoured of. And Collegium may have similar views, for once I concur with😂😂😂😂
