#8 isn't the right answer is A) The vehicle on the right. # DMV handbook page# 41, if two cars arrived at the intersection at the same time, the car on the right side has the right of way.
Thank you for helping me more understand the questions! Hopefully I’ll passing the written next month🙏🏻👍🏻🤓
With all pleasure
I can easily pass any sample test, UA-cam test (like this), or online test including the official DMV website sample tests (all four). I know this because I have gone through 50-60 tests. Now I usually score 100% on any of these tests.
I am able to do this because I thoroughly studied the California DMV handbook and made a huge stack of flashcards I studied over and over again. However, I have failed the actual test three times. The last time I failed the computer test within two (2) minutes.
Why? You ask. Simple, the answer is that only about 50% of the actual test has ANYTHING to do with the questions on this UA-cam sample test. 50% of the actual DMV test has to do with esoteric points-of-law and convoluted multi-phrase questions about trivial and useless information. I found myself asking outloud, "What in the world does that have to do with driving???"
I actually pointed out to the DMV worker that their own website sample tests are completely different from their actual test and VERY misleading. She admitted that this is true. This is why--as I understand it--73% of test-takers fail at least three times. That's California.
The questions i believe has more to do with being able to speak the english language very well.
