Does your Mini have modern standards of crashworthiness? It certainly looks very nice.

I have the memory of a goldfish, so I can't remember the face but I'm almost certain I met this man at Goodwood Revival a goodly few years ago. I'm not in the market to buy one of his vehicles, I knew not who he was nor properly understood that he wasn't "The" David Brown nor related to him.
Though no more than an oik I was treated with patience and the nature of the company was explained to me.
I do however tend to view all with a pinch of salt when he describes selling canned craft beer. What the hell, if you can sell it for a profit good on you, but no good beer ever came out of a can.

Have you tried any craft beers out of a can? Believe me, I have, your statement couldn't be more wrong. xx

@@fbiain9505 No Iain I must confess that I haven't. Even mass-produced lager factory beer tastes worse out of a can than a bottle, and that is avoiding the interplay of can to mouth, thus pouring the larger into a glass before drinking. I have and will in the future drink wine out of a jar before I would use a plastic glass. No I can afford glasses, this is generally when I am camping.
I wouldn't have thought to try a "Craft" beer out of a can any more than I would have thought to put my hand into a fire to check that they still burn.
If you would provide me with a couple of examples I promise to keep an eye out and try to sample them. I am suspicious though. I've made an effort to drink cask or good bottle conditioned beers for something like 35 to 37 years. What you enjoy is great. It is not for me to tell anyone what they should enjoy but some of the people who can "Craft" beers appear to produce products similar to things I think are a travesty. I like the (almost impossible to find) traditional very hoppy Manchester bitters or a good IPA. However, many modern IPA's have an added citrus taste beyond that of the hops. I really don't want my IPA to taste of grapefruit. Rather oddly though I love very dry bitter beers my favourite readily available larger is Staropramen which is very sweet.
I will keep an eye out and would be overjoyed if I found out something new. I know sensibly there is no interplay between the can and the beer but the influences on taste in a liquid are so small that a few molecules can make a difference. e.g. In Scotland if a new still is made to increase malt whiskey production they will not only attempt to recreate the original still but if that still had befallen an accident in its past and was dented or the top offset, those defects will be added to the new still.
Many thanks for your comment please provide me with examples, I will attempt to try some though I do fear we may not agree. Please enjoy whatever gives you pleasure only pausing to try some new or maybe some old things!

Why are you limiting the build of the Speedback to 100? What will you make after the 100 have been sold?

I'm not thinking of myself, because I am too old.
