@@reneburkhardt3991 one of the major flaws I see with PC builds is this. You’re literally not getting ANY performance gains going with some major brand AIO. Get a 60$ Thermalright 360mm AIO with RGB fans or no RGB fans. White or black is like the same price and call it a day. The 240 aios are even cheaper. They are quality parts too. Every brand uses the SAME Asetek AIO design, so if you want fancy pressure fans with screens sure buy that but there’s no need to spend over 100$ on a 360mm AIO cooler nowadays. Another thing I see is buying a fancy motherboard when it’s literally not necessary even with Intel. A 4080 super 9800x3d build costs like you like 2k lol all with quality parts. A 7900xtx 9800x3d build will cost you 1850$. Pc builds are grossly overpriced online.
General rule is 40% of your budget goes towards the gpu. Probably could’ve went a little heavier but if it suits your needs don’t stress. Great build awesome aesthetics
as someone who struggles with this, you gotta set limits for yourself. my shit is after a completely fresh build, I don't touch it for 2 years. after that, cosmetic upgrades are allowed (can swap in an AIO for the budget air cooler I got when I built it. add RGB stuff. etc.). GPU is only once every 4 years.

Can you show us how you modified your computer RGB lights once you set everything up? What software you use, how you changed your liquid cooler's screen, etc? I have a very similar setup and have trouble getting my Lian Li lights to do the effect you have. For context, I do have the Lian Li lights plugged directly into the MB.

Great Build, i just recently bought my parts sitting around 2.3k, i went for the pro art build, so pro art asus case, with the 4070 S, x870 motherboard, 360 arctic cooler, ryzen 9800x3d, 32gbs of ram 6000, a 2tb samsung ssd. I think i did okay but i always overthink my purchases lol

You don't need a contact frame on an AM5 cpu. They're only good for stopping thermal paste from spreading all over the motherboard. Intel 12th & 13th Gen were the only cpu's that needed the contact frame to control bending and therefore get good contact. Not AM5. Not any AMD cpu for that matter.
I'd check the firmware on that 990 evo. Mine started failing and caused my system to hang and needed restarts. You probably have the newer updated version but I'd double check it with Samsung Magician
i dont understand how samsung is even in the hardrive game. I got back into this a year ago and was shocked. Go with the OG like western digital. Corsair RAM, PSU, Case. MSI\Asus mobos.

Great build. I'd highly suggest flipping you AIO Rad. The hoses should be running from the bottom not the top (despite what nzxt shows) Dig around you'll see. nice build. Srsly tho, flip the aio's rad
As a professional PC builder, I must say you’ve nailed the perfect balance between aesthetics and performance. Considering how overwhelming all the RGB cables and connectors can be, especially for a first-time build, you’ve done an outstanding job. By the way, how many hours did it take to put everything together?
A few suggestions that will prolong the life of your GPU/Motherboard get yourself an anti sag bracket. Also the entire power consumption you should get a PSU that is modular and at least 850 watts
@hatim.bahrain no it's not because the GPU alone pulls 500 ways the CPU pulls almost 200 watts not to mention the motherboard and the ram the AIO yeah sorry to say 750 watts isn't a safe bet
@@hatim.bahrain Not for me. Also the rule of thumb to follow for a PSU is to always give yourself a 200-300 watt leeway. The build shown uses almost 700 watts just between the CPU and GPU.

Love the look of the build I have an h9 elite myself. I do feel like you couldve gone up to the 4070 ti super and kept the same $2300 budget by not paying for the 7800x3d's top tier price. Don't get me wrong its def the best gaming cpu but saving a $100-150 by going with something like a 7700x or even 14700 and saving another $50 or so on the nvme would get you the ti super and ultimately get you more net performance gains, esp if you're gaming at 1440p or 4k where you're mostly gpu bound. And tbh with a microcenter 7800x3d bundle you would've saved about $200 from the start. They even had 9800x3d bundles last week on release with the $200 in savings.

Some people prefer looks over performance. He has the looks and still more than enough performance. And no, you dont always mount the AIO on the top. As long as you dont mount it on the bottom, it barely matters where its mounted.
@ it’s advised to mount it at the top by all experienced builders also he could’ve achieved both performance and aesthetics by using the money smarter. That’s just my opinion tho 😂

Top = better GPU temps, worse CPU temps Side/Front = better CPU temps, worse GPU temps. In the end we are talking about minor differences which have no impact on your system. So no top mount is not the best, its visually the best thats it.
@@KeepingItFishythe only time it’s different is if you place the aio cabling facing upside down, which is where I think you’ve gotten mixed up. On cases like this an aio placed on the side actually sees better performance because of the “fishbowl” design.
awesome build but a few suggestions. when you are spending over 2k try to at least go with a 4080 or the RX 7900xtx way better bang for your buck. also 750 watts definetly not enough head room for future upgrades. you are going to want a 1000 watt platinum PSU if you ever want a more powerful gpu. and lastly the H9 flow while it looks cool had some of the worst designes for airflow. overall great build
soon as i saw the contact frame ik you did some good research, 8 bucks for a 3-7 decrease in temps is a easy choice, the one thing i wouldve suggested if you had maybe 200 more in the budget was get a 4070 ti super since it has 4 more gbs of vram and it would have a higher appreciation value with all the demanding tasks the latest games have had, 4070 super still a really good choice tho. i got the exact same cpu, gpu, ssd and ram and it cost me 1200 euro (everything bought used) in central europe, you def had the space for a 4080 there; i also use a 20€ air cooler that is just fine sitting at 55c degrees

I have the exact same cpu, ram and gpu but I cant get near those frames on BO6 at 1440p ultra settings. Im usually around 100-150 fps. Anyone have any idea why this might be or is this normal? Its my first build also.
@@parlor3115 The 4070 ti super has 4 more gb of vram and is about 5 to 10 percent faster then the 4070 ti. a quick google search does show a 4070 super is about 15% faster then a 4070. Good choice going with MSI. I've used gigabyte, asus, and mis for all my builds, and I've had the best performance and consistency with MSI overall.

You should get the AMD RX 7900XTX 24GB(which is in line with 4090...) ins. of 4070 super, and it would be better choice for AMD Ryzen Cpu.
7900 xtx has the performance of a 4080 super not a 4090 unfortunately when it comes to diss and performance amd is not even close but they are a better value per dollar

4070 super is not 50% faster than the 4070. I think you meant to compare it to the 4060? Congrats on the PC, looks great!
