Devs for Android roms do this all the time so think of it this way, it's best to treat the switch Linux variant as if it were a custom Android rom. I look forward to when it's been souped up and plays better. Add Vulcan gpu API to the mix, that will be a killer for GameCube emu

Stupid question but how do you know when your switch is in rcm mode? I thought it was vol +, vol - & power all at once but i read it's actually vol + and power only.. I tried the paper clip method but it was no success.. Anything supposed to show up on screen indicating your switch is in rcm mode?

@@Anne-eq4zx just find all the files needed and place them on your SD card and also make sure the SD card was formatted by the Nintendo switch and to help you out just find a simple tutorial so you know where to place all the files.

You do have the app installed on your phone? Try changing the end that your plug into your phone and your Nintendo switch as well because sometimes you can only can do it at certain end and if you have Auto RCM mode on you don't have to press any buttons to access RCM mode it's just automatically on everytime you turn off your Nintendo switch.

Sometimes the cable will not work so you might need a different one.

This is how you boot into recovery to boot custom firmware but be careful messing around with custom themes.

It's just the Vol + and power button and the system will not power on if you get RCM Mode and nothing will show on the screen either.

Juan M the payloads not compatible with your Nintendo switch cuz you're on a different firmware that's most likely what it is but I don't really know.

Payloads can do lots of things and yes you can play free games with it.

A USB c cable and you're going to need a USBC adapter for your phone if your phone doesn't support USB c then you can't do it
