Butterflies are special to me as well and I love this new die that has them fluttering upwards. Simply lovely. Your Oxide blending is beautiful and I always love the "magic" that's revealed when you pull off the masking paper/tape. Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you have a wonderful weekend. ~HUGS~ #kindnessmatters
Yes, this was back in the day when I wouldn't have dreamed of talking live while crafting. It really was at the beginning of the pandemic when I decided to try my hand at going live and I'm so glad that I did! Now I mix it up. Sometimes I do carefully edited voice overs and other times I film as I go with a live mic.
I love everything about this. But I have to tell you the most important thing I’ve learned from you. I love putting the rolled tape inside my card to keep it flat when I’m working on the front. I’ve been making cards since 1990 and I never thought to do that. What a game changer. Love your videos 💕
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this card and butterflies. Simple but elegant all at the same time. Must check out your stamp set , the best. Thanks again for your inspiration and fun video.
Enjoying some of your older posts again. Thank you so much! Don't know if anyone has told you but the blue from the tip comes from your pin. Try a stainless steel pin instead. Cheers from New Zealand and thanks again.
Hey Cathy! Your card is just lovely!! Love the bright colors against the bright white paper!! Awesome job!! I think I might make a set of these for a gift!! Thanks for sharing!! ❤️🧡💛
I am so glad I discovered your videos. I love your design style and method of presenting from supplies to finished product! Love, love, love it! Great job!
This is so simple and beautiful I love it. I've heard a few people say that the issue of your adhesives turning color is due to the colored pearl tip on the pin. You can swap it out for a traditional white pearl pin and it shouldn't be a problem.
so many tutorial lessons- the use o the low tack tape and using the msti corners, I have them I didnt know how to use them. Also the most important- a beautiful card
Yeah, i was still learning UA-cam and figuring out what I wanted my channel to be. It takes a while to get your sea legs on this platform and to feel more confident to just be me!
My glue used to do that too, I believe it’s the metal that the pin is made out of, it somehow reacts. Once I took the pin out and got a plastic lid it no longer goes blue
Hey Deborah, I use a Brother P-Touch Label Maker. I learned that from Jennifer McGuire Ink and I'm so glad I started using that little machine. Here is the one I have: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013DG2FNW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=cathyzielskec-20. There are likely newer ones available now!
Well that is the crazy thing, after I made this video, I bought some corsage pins, thinking that would do the trick (a few of you lovelies have told me to do this) and yet, it's still happening with a white tipped pin. Is that weird or what?

Ohhhh. Wow! I bet that is it! Okay, going to get some white pins. Thank you!
YES! This happened to all my colored pin bottles! I only use the pearl color now.
Beautiful card Cathy and your views are increasing with every video, WTG!
Wow! I didn't know this clip has this many views. It's because of awesome people like you!
so many tutorial lessons- the use o the low tack tape and using the msti corners, I have them I didnt know how to use them. Also the most important- a beautiful card

Just watched this in 2022… no craft/ slash… no boop…. So different than your current videos… I had to recheck the name!
Yeah, i was still learning UA-cam and figuring out what I wanted my channel to be. It takes a while to get your sea legs on this platform and to feel more confident to just be me!
@@czdesign love the personality you add to your videos….makes you seem to be more of a friend than just a creator
My glue used to do that too, I believe it’s the metal that the pin is made out of, it somehow reacts. Once I took the pin out and got a plastic lid it no longer goes blue
Love it, so beautiful. FYI, my glossy accents does the same thing too.
This is so awesome and beautiful. Remind me of creamsicles.
So wonderful! Oh, btw, I have to do the same thing with my glossy accents! It always starts out blue... I think it may be the tip on using, we'll see
I loved it! Couldn’t wait to subscribe, sista! You bring fun to card making!
Awesome
Thanks for watching!
What a pretty card 💕 I can’t believe that I just found your channel, by accident at that! Very happy accident at that!!
Welcome, welcome! Please stop by again!
Beautiful card! What do you use to label your stamp sets and sequin boxes? Thank you.
Adorable from new subbie!!!
I think the pin is not stainless steel and it is oxidizing in the bottle creating a bluish colour.
Ohhhh... that would be it, wouldn't it? Did not even connect that!
What color is the pin head that you use to stop up your glossy accents? Try a pearl (white) colored one and the blue should go away.
Well that is the crazy thing, after I made this video, I bought some corsage pins, thinking that would do the trick (a few of you lovelies have told me to do this) and yet, it's still happening with a white tipped pin. Is that weird or what?
Love it where did you find those blenders?
Gina K Designs! It's listed below the video under Show More!
Why do you use the oxide inks, compare to other inks?
It depends on the project. Sometimes, I like the creamy consistency of oxide, plus they dry back a bit differently too… a slight chalky quality.
💖💖💖🌹🤓
Beautiful!
