Nicholas Cage, as shown in the Willie's Wonderland movie appears, says nothing and beats the living crap out of everyone, including himself, then sips on a made up soft drink
One thing I'd change is that in the Second Season Velma is the main target for being murdered and they have a crazy hard time figuring it out because quite literally everyone in Crystal Cover outside of her Dad and Norville have at one point wanted to brutally murder the shit out of her because of how insufferable she's been, showing that being a massive entitled shit heel doesn't make you endearing.
Ironically It wouldn't be about Velma in that case... but this might be one of the only times a bait and switch might actually work due to Velma being an absolute bitch... and yeah. So many people would want her dead so many people would have a motive. So it could work a lot better with her being the main victim.
This is legit the most credible way to bridge the original characters and the abominations from the HBO show... Great work, you are always a blast to listen to!
I truly can't describe how increasingly enthralled I became as the story went on. By the time Velma said, "Let the games begin," I was on the edge of my seat.

I say that because in those games, with the protagonist’s writing coming to life and going berserk, he needs to correct things in a way that would fit the story written by the villain. I love how over the top & off the rails your plot gets, & the implications of some of it are just *muah!* (Chef's Kiss.) Glad I found your channel. Liked, added shared.
Thanks Redeye, especially for sharing the video. Velma is probably the most unlikeable protagonist in history; the show actually caused a massive twitter storm in India as indians were livid that Mindy Kaling was depicting an Indian American like this.
Amazing build-up. The viewer starts with a mild interest and slight doubts about the show's prospects; then it grabs attention and intrigues the viewer with rapidly advancing but still mysteriously inexplicable events and the sense of impending doom; and when the final battle begins - it's all out, the craziness and excitement makes the viewer like: "yeah baby let's gooooooo".
The bits of Velma’s lines just being Bane’s voice lines is absolutely amazing. It takes away from what made Velma so disliked: her insufferable entitled attitude.
What's so amazing about Velma Is that it was green lit for A second season way before the first episode even got released. Either Mindy beg for the contract to have 2 seasons or the company truly believe that Velma was good.
