It's great that they're sharing each other's cultural foods. I got this from Google: "Nshima is the staple food of Zambia. It is a very thick porridge made from finely ground corn meal, called mealie meal." "Nshima is the staple food eaten by not only Zambians but Malawians and many other African neighbors, and may be known by different names in different regions." The first time I heard about Nshima was from Jenny in Japan's video "How to Cook Nsima/Staple Food in Malawi"
Yiyi's sister Lily has been in China for ten days. Wei Di bought the ingredients and a new pot for the ladies to make Sima their Zambian staple food. Unfortunately it didnt turn out well. Wei Di said they would need to buy a different pot to try again. How nice of Wei Di to make the ladies feel at home and try to have family and friends taste a Zambian staple
Well, it doesn't look like a failure to me. She did a pretty good job. Despite being made from noodle ground corn, I would imagine it tastes no different from any ground corn. Ground corn is ground corn.
00:24 Bald guy: Why are you so happy every day? Lili: Me, I'm living my music. I love Lili. She has the personality to match that bald guy, who is quite intimidating lol
Hi everyone, this video was taken in March
