Hi! When you have a list of businesses to cold call, you're typically reaching out to potential customers who may have a need for your product or service, but you haven't confirmed their interest or made a sale yet. You can add such records as leads in Zoho CRM. A Lead represents a prospect who might become a customer but requires further qualification. Once you've made your cold calls and engaged with the business-perhaps through a few follow-ups-and they express interest in buying your product or subscribing to your service, you can then convert the lead into a Contact. A Contact in Zoho CRM represents someone with whom you have established a relationship, either through a closed deal or during the negotiation phase. After conversion, you can proceed to create a Deal to track the potential business opportunity. In summary, a Lead is a prospect you are still qualifying, while a Contact is someone with whom you have a more established relationship and are likely negotiating or have closed a deal. Can anyone understand anything, the speed at which this presentation is made? The intention would be good if we could follow the video, but it is impossible with this speed I realized the same

Great enhancements! Happy to be a Zoho costumer.
I’ve got a list of businesses I need to cold call. Do I set them up as lead or contact? What’s the difference?
