- In this interview, Jo Verdis shares how she overcame traumatic brain injury, serious mental struggles (deep depression, psychosis and intense anxiety), quit taking her psychiatric medications, quit drinking excess alcohol and smoking cigarettes, and deals with misophonia by using journaling, DBT, artwork, yoga, writing books and songs, cold showers, the carnivore diet, and getting outside early mornings.
