A tonal masterpiece! The harmonic balance; the maturity of the spruce; it is well limbered. I assume the wood is seasoned for several years as with great modern stringed instruments. And the sustain... I would've been happy to hear the decay all the way to the end; it tapered so beautifully. Then there is the quality of sound through the hands of Karlijn. If I ever met her, I would ask her to give me a back scratch! Nothing gives shivers like a nice scratch of the back and scalp. My late wife was the master of that art form! 😇
