Release your need for things to be perfect first, if you are stuck in that place. Accept what is first. Meditate, or distract. Once you start to release the pain, you can then start to find small things you appreciate, then you will find bigger things, and move up from there. Never judge your negative feelings, learn from them. Understand this feelings are only your interpretation of a situation and not the situation, and not you. You are ok as you are.
