Kakarot: Focused on story and making a show - Lots of story details
XV2: Focused on Multiplayer with RPG - Medium story details
FighterZ: Focused in Multiplayer 2D Combat - Little Story Details

Kakorat is amazing, it’s the best tribute to the original series. It also finishes a few story arcs such as Launches and Tien story arc and their relationship.
I mean imma be honest I'm glad tien and yamcha don't fight anymore cause they legit where so trash killing Is the strongest human z fighter and it's actually crazy how strong he is at his age he is older than goku in human years but not in legit years
I disagree. The graphics are terrible. Goku is the only character who's hair is flowing when he flies. On that subject, if you ever use a Goku with torn gi, his leg muscles flow like cloth. It's weird. Perfect Cell looks just wrong, like he's from a PS2 game. Look at Cell's back design. The wings are off.
They skipped a lot of epic scenes like the Final Flash Vegeta used on Cell and the Trunks vs Cell fight. Yet they patted the game with sub-stories where you have to fetch stuff. They could have given us the filler and movie stories instead.
We can't select the clothes or version of the characters we want to play as after beating the game.
The time machine that allows you to replay previous chapters has issues to. Don't know why they couldn't add a new game plus feature as well.
Also, you could only play as Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta and future Trunks. Not counting fused characters.
Oh and the button mapping is just insane. You can't adjust the buttons to your choosing and there are no other control types you can pick from. It's like the developers wanted us to think they are being creative with their mixed up controls.
Hopefully these issues will be fixed in a patch or a sequel if they develop one.

Agreed, they are both good games...and i really dont see why they do crap on each other. They are two totally different kinds of fighter games, mosty they are looking at the graphics and story of the thing..(in my opinion both are pretty trash) instead at what makes that game special.

FighterZ feels exactly like the animation back in the day, Xenoverse looks like a okay-ish reenacting and Kakarot looks like a enhanced FighterZ version, focused on the those cutscenes alone btw, gameplay is an entirely different discourse.

It’s the same cutscene but with each game it gets progressively better and more accurate to the source material

I like the DBz kakarot, it's much more like the original show.
And there'll be more games in the future reenacting the same scenes. Just to be sure you know them.

The DLC adds so much and makes it worth it in my opinion.The main game is already pretty meaty, though.

@@sonyfireworks4346 I will say this kakarot is number one but I will say kakarot does have some flaws that are basically ungodly garbage and that's the death of some characters in cutscenes like mecha frieza and raditz and goku as well as the game being just so easy and needs a difficulty settings. With that said I love playing kakarot but I don't think its flawless.

I honestly think they should redo the English dub for some of fighterz, there’s literally 0 emotion in most of the finishes, unlike Japanese, which is actual yelling plus dramatic voice lines.
Dbz kakarot cutscenes are better than all of them and than comes dbfz cutscenes and then XenoVerse 2
Kakarot>Fighterz>XV2...Just watch some cutscenes from Kakarot and then go back and see again cutscenes from XV2 or Fighterz and you will realize how much more accurate/beautiful/"manga-stylish" Kakarot is compared to the other 2...Fighterz is very close to the quality of Kakarot but still....

@@Codyslx 1 and 2 were literally the same story. Kakarot was made for people who either haven't seen dragon ball Z or people who just want to be in the main characters shoes. And you only dont like the combat system because you're used to dbx. The combat is way better imho because of the destructable environments, being able to chase your enemy after any attack, the mobility, the surges, the super attacks actually looking cool, transformations, power ups, their aura's, the ability to evade attacks, and items. Dbx2 is just recycled moves and scenes that dont look as cool as in the anime. The only thing Dbx has over Kakarot is a variety of combos.
@@Codyslx 1 and 2 are only different in a few ways like majin Vegeta it's still mainly just recycled content. The only things you can destroy in dbx is trees, small rocks, and 2 or 3 different buildings. You can chase your opponent in dbx but it isn't as useful in dbx which makes it very hard to continue a combo. Super attacks such as the spirit bomb compared from dbx and kakarot... I mean theres really no question there the moves are more detailed not to mention that the attacks are more useful and missing isnt too punishing. If you get through Kakarot by spamming that's you, not everyone. And there are many ways to cancel and counter super attacks in kakarot. I dont understand how Dbx has graphics over kakarot when the cutscenes are 10x better the attacks and abilities are so clean and the characters have more effort put into them and the characters in Kakarot do look like the ones in the anime.
@@Codyslx vanishing takes stamina which is why I almost never use it. I admit that I forgot about the craters but even then it's still not much. You dont have to practice for dbx either both these db games are just button mashing. In dbx there are also unvanishable combos such as the Earthling square-triangle (if you're playing on ps4) and stupid grabs like Future trunks'. For me dbx is too easy and before and after the "A new power awakens" dlc it took more than zeni and to TP level up.
Db fighterz cutscenes are shorter than XenoVerse 2 and z kakarot but if this was a challenge than dbz kakarot won this challenge

This is how you know xenoverse two is pretty bad 1. It doesn't connect to the actual story 2. The bosses are too bullshit 3. Doesn't have good transformations
regarding 1, because that's...not exactly the point of it, the Xenoverse games are meant to be power-fantasy games, basically fan-fiction simulators if you will, with Z's and Super's story serving only as an outlet for that and for your own created character, rather than being the actual focus, having said that i will admit they could have pulled that off better by having the game aware that the custom character is more than likely going to be able to shit on every character trough out most of the game and just went full on board with it and made them as Over Powered in the story as they are in the game, for point 2, the Expert Mission ones, yes very much so, the ones in the story, eh not so much, most are not that hard, point 3 is a matter of opinion

En mi opinión: XenoVerse 2 > Kakarot > fighterz.
XenoVerse tiene una excelente historia, excelente jugabilidad, Muchos personajes para el combate local, mucho contenido para cuando terminas el juego etc. Lo malo que le veo es que trae demasiados dlcs y no tiene muy buenos gráficos (no olvidemos que es un juego de 2016)
Kakarot tiene posiblemente los mejores gráficos y animaciones que han habido en un juego de dragón ball. Tiene una jugabilidad bastante buena, excelente modo historia y dlcs. También tiene muchísimas historias secundarias para cuando acabas el juego entre otras cosas. Lo único por lo que creo que está solo un poquito debajo de XenoVerse 2, es por qué xeno tiene una jugabilidad un poco mejor.
Fighterz tiene posiblemente la mejor jugabilidad que ha entregado un juego de dragón ball hasta el momento, Excelentes gráficos y animacion,Varios personajes para el combate local y alguna otra cosa que me olvide. Lo malo que le veo es que trae demasiados dlcs y tiene una historia demasiado horrible. Pero para jugar peleas con algún amigo. Es el mejor juego de dragón ball.
