I like the stuff and can remember Ian from Mads Tech some of the HERE and RTK stuff he had gotten from Ben.
Before Brexit I had been ordering the most of my parts needed in the UK but that opportunity has vanished completely , I mean from 100% to 1% more or less. I only had purchased in the UK (if not domestic or China) but as you might not know there are no EU customers willing to pay the british VAT first at checkout and then the domestic import VAT on top, 20% for the UK and 19% the domestic one for nothing else than the great idea of Brexit - which sould be the best for every fisher man, but those still complain so loud that they can be heard in the EU.
Of cause of topic but that is why I guess british domestic model sales and manufacturer shops must be suffering cause I also had bought british made balsa wood kits from vintagemodel company that offered laser cutted kits. Obvious that no european wants to pay 2 times useless VAT or as I called it the BORIS VAT, the way to screw a whole country without having a clue.
At least I tried it once after brexit but if Snail mail aka Royal mail takes longer than cheapest shipping from aliexpress something must have been wrong in little UK. And no british model company was able or wiling to establish a EU warehouse afaik or tried to establish an EU warehouse for all of the british vendors & makers to get access again.
I could not believe when the first delivery arrived that i had to pay the domestic VAT & fees on top of a product that included already british VAT and since then I had given up. Sad but just the truth.
But I like this video a lot and also the once in a year top planes, top rc radio, top fc that usually appears in summer and is the foundation of my what to buy this winter wishlist.
Most dudes want to have a pint with their friends at a bar.
Not us.
We'd prefer to kick one back at the preeminent store for unmanned vehicles, learning bout the new toys.

Hello, I love your videos, would it be possible to have a video about configuring INAV to work with VTols? Is that even possible, I've read that maybe its possible using custom mixers, I would kill for some guidance for us mere mortals :)

Does the Here+ Base Only (M8P) with the here4 as rover?
Lee, can you get a Here4 on loan from Ben, and place it in a model, I'd love to understand how it all works etc. especially as Ben indicated it can run Ardupilot, so does that mean you don't need a Cube and that the GPS is the FC? Sounds good, if I understand it right? Thx

How would you go about connecting the Here+ base to a drone to use it as a rover? Would it have to be connected via the rx and tx pins on the top?
The setup of the rover in terms of the GPS is identical to all other model types. There isn't anything special about the wiring. See ardupilot.org/copter/docs/common-here-plus-gps.html
Have you done a video on how to set up the Here RTK base? It seems very complicated on ardupilot with about 100 steps...

I've not tried. These are designed to be used with high end flight controller hardware like the Cubepilot orange cube... Happy flying
