Hello! I have a question, I read the application guidance for spring 2024 and it was mentioned that a letter of recommendation is only for master's, and master's aren't Required to submit a rec letter (optional) for bachelor's they Don't have to submit rec letter even if they submit it won't be considered by the admissions. Is it true?

I have a question, if we are applying for master in gks, do we need to send extracurricular certificates from just our bachelors or we can also send the ones from high school also?
As i do not have many from my bachelors due to covid but i have plenty from my hogh school years.
Recent ones would be better. But COVID ended one year ago that means you haven't had time to do something different from education? Extra curricular activities shows your desire to serve others because they give you scholarship for service purpose of others and not to serve yourself something people don't know.
@@daddyclif0302 i have done some volunteering stuff but my uni didn't give me any certification for that....all i have are certificates from seminars in biology and extra short courses i have done in korean language this year. 😅

GKS scholarship is the best University for University track and the TOPIK Exam is really necessary. Please explain sir and I want to apply for the GKS scholarship University track.
Sorry can you rephrase your question? I didn't really get what you are trying to ask. Are you asking if university track is best for gks. Topik is necessary because they speak Korean language. If out of 10 students they all have same grade, to decide who to take they will take people with topik first that's why you will first go and study Korean first before you begin your major. But some people can still succeed without topik but probably this time around topik will be a must. We don't know yet until application starts.

I have been accepted for this university for 2024 Fall semester but i couldnt submit my original documents by deadline. Because it to too long to make apostilles . So Can i still submit them and study for 2024 Fall semester ?

I can not answer that kind of question because I don't work for the school. Contact the admission office and explain your situation. All universities in Korea usually defer admission to another semester. You have to email them and explain your situation. I don't think it will be a problem to push your admission to another semester.

I'm sorry but Korea is a country where they speak Korean language. Less that 5 majors in total all over Korea are in English for foreigners.
All undergraduate majors are in Korean language.

Gks is once a year for undergraduate and graduate. Undergraduate in September/October and graduates February/March.
For GKS ministry of foreign affairs and SDM ( sub divisional magistrate) is it enough for apostille documents or I need to prepare something else
If you are confused call consulate or embassy in your country home country to find out. That's a more better option because it can be different from one country to another. That is why the gks guideline has phone numbers of all Korean diplomatic missions abroad and phone numbers of universities involved on the application guideline.

Ik this isnt about gks but can i give a recommendation letter that my teacher wrote by themselves i have 2 recommendation letters one from my teacher and one from my school but they didnt write it from the form i didnt give them the recommendation form they wrote it by them selves and i finished school and its worrying me if i cant give the letter and if i have to write it all over agrain
Please follow the application guidelines, recommendation letters must be submitted online directly by whoever is recommending you. All you need is tell them that they should recommend you for the admission, take their emails and provide it online during the admission process. When they receive an email from the school asking them to recommend you, they should respond to the email. That's the process for thid scholarship. I clearly Said so in the video. If you can't watch the video at least download the application guideline document and read it to the end carefully.

For gks, to prove nationality, can birth certificate work,or you need passport of both parents
Birth certificate works. It's only when you don't have your birth certificate that you will need your passport plus that of both parents.
From my experience, in our country, birth certificate does not include the nationality..so I had to submit my passport along with parents passports

The application guide says TOEFL ibt 80. Follow the application guideline I'm not the owner of the university so I can't tell you to apply with 52. It's your decision to make not on my recommendation I'm sorry.

I think I already have other videos on strategies on ama plus. Just as a tip, get a high level of Korean proficiency because studies are in Korean let's say from level 4 upward and get a good portfolio.

@@daddyclif0302 yes sir ..I started to write about the ideas and line for my personal statement and study plan from this month only so that till february I will be able to complete it and check and rewrite it as many times as I can so that I have a strong essay .I also thought of writing my essay in korean
@ankitatiwari1600 know that if you write in Korean you might be interviewed in Korean language. You better be able to defend your writing in Korean language then

Did you check the list of ODA countries to make sure Bahrain is on the list? You have to check to know if you can apply.

@user-mz1fy9ee5f unfortunately undergraduate programs are not offered in English in Korea. You will have to study in Korean language which means your major certainly has a required level of topik before you can be admitted and also be considered for scholarship.

Unfortunately that's why possible only when the application window is open. I might consider doing that during the next application window but it will greatly depend on if my schedule permits me to make time for that. So I can't promise.
