      @kadenarden1952 Рік тому +22

      You're probably not well versed in weapon optics. The point of red dots is to take the place of iron sights. Iron sights are very difficult to use in the middle of a fire fight. Red dots are much faster and easier to use once you have a good BZO. I was in The USMC for 8 years.

      @@kadenarden1952 I'm plenty versed in weapon optics and completely misread my comment. One SWAT guy has binos, and mentions the suspicious guy getting into his truck. The other two officers point their firearms equipped with red dots to see the subject. Those red dots provide no magnification, meaning they could've just looked normally at the guy. There was no point other than to "look cool".

    When I saw how they were dressed and seeing how the bullets didn't go through him, two things came to mind.
    1st. The way they dressed was something taken from video games. Both from the PS3 to the PS5.
    2nd. Seeing that the armor stopped the bullets I thought. "Kevlar plates, reinforced with 3-layer titanium fibers. For flexibility, it will be light, fast and more agile.
    Maybe I should read the manual first?
    Answer: YES.
    There is a Disadvantage. The separation of the plates makes it vulnerable to knives and gunshots.
    Otherwise it would be too simple. Isn't it true?
    How long will it withstand against dogs?

      Neck armors are hard to find and hard to fit correctly unless armor maker can imitate football uniforms like neck collar and shoulders pads and chest pads can be armored correctly overlapping small areas are quite expensive to make and only can stop regular 1911 magnum gun 5.56 mm and rifle but can't stop 9 mm and 7. mm bullets some are only for small military Services members but not made for major big military Services Marines and Army in the war against overseas countries Terrorists Arab and Muslim Terrorists and IRAN Terrorists Organization Group and Taliban terrorists people.

    Actors, Scene, Costumes, everything looked promising until they decided to have this B-Movie-Nerfgun-Shootout. WHAT in the hells was that? That bullshit, low budget ricochet instead of simply running her over. The fact that bullets have seemingly 0 effect as long as you wear basic armor (That also protects EVERYWHERE. Even videogames got better at that). Even the damn LMG sounding exactly like their MPs. I've never seen a more underwhelming "pulling out the big guns"-moment xD

I don't care it's a movie or show your trying to support the implementation of chicks into roles in life that they are not ready for and only create weakness within the departments!

      As to the suspect knowing how to use a weapon, it was established after the shooting, that she was an Israeli citizen in her 20s on a Student Visa. As such, due to Israel's service requirement, she had received weapons and tactics training.
