Hi Fr, Denis and team, thank you again for a lovely mass, and wonderful music, I will search for st mungos singers online in a view to purchase a cd if they have them. I will pray for your sisters and niece and hope all goes well for them. God bless you all. Margaret.

Many thanks, Margaret, The wonderful St Mungo Singers, who are based in the Catholic cathedral in Glasgow, have been a real gift to the Garden Mass over the years. Their founding director, Monsignor Fitzpatrick, kindly sent me a small library and gave me permission to use them for the Garden Mass. Bless him and all the singers. And, of course, bless you!

Happy Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul, dear Fr. Denis, Alessandro, Paul and Giselle, and the now voluble Cosmo! A bit worried there about your eyes, Fr. Denis, but all seemed well later. Thank you for the homilies on St. Peter, who is never a cardboard character, such impulsiveness but also so full of faith; his initial failures a source of strength for all of us who came later. St. Paul, too, often spoken of, but I didn't know he never met Jesus in person, although I remember his previous name, Saul, the one who persecuted Christians. Indeed, God wanted Saul to tell others about forgiveness and heaven. Thank you for the lovely videography, too, Alessandro, and the setting. The three large antique keys on the altar below St. Peter's feet are so evocative. Thank you, too, for Malcolm Guite's sonnet on St. Peter, he calls the day "Petertide" in his blog. I am so touched by the last line: "...that every denial is undone by love."
Praying too, for a peaceful UK elections 🙏

Thank you, Alice as always for your concise summary - each week is a small work of art! The three antique keys were a birthday gift from a friend - and I knew one day they would prove useful, and so it was! The coming elections will prove to be an interesting turning point in British politics. The outcomes seems predicable. Whatever the outcome, I hope the process is peaceful.
