I got my mojo back by going for nature run/walks in my neighborhood! Being in the sunshine has really made all the difference these past few weeks. No excuses, just do what you love!
I love surrounding my self with like minded and supportive people my aka family/tribe. Seeing others happy doing what they enjoy always puts a smile on face and makes me get back up and try it again! 🤗
I pep talk myself to get my mojo back! Like if its been a busy/rough week, I'll give my self a little pep talk and remind myself that its okay and that I'll get it going again, and also watching you guys is huge motivation!!
This video came at the right time for me. I'm going through a breakup with my fiancée after 6 and a half years together. It has been a rough few days here. Thanks for all you guys do! xx
I get my motivation back by planning my week in my journal with lots of colors and motivational quotes! I also love checking in on Instagram to see all of you TIU girls crushing it, so it inspires me to keep going!
You guys had me tearing up within the first 2 mins bc yes struggle is real over here with other stuff in life and work life balance lately and it has me feeling down and in a rut right now. It happens and I have gotten out of them before since starting my health journey back in 2009. It’s nice to hear it happens to everyone bc sometimes you feel so alone when you’re going through it. You guys know just what I needed to hear so thank you. Love you ladies 💗💕💗💕
Perfect timing for this! It’s inspiring and refreshing to know that even you girls sometimes don’t have the time or energy to workout first thing in the morning even when you had the intention. I try to do more of the things that I love - like yoga. Or things that don't have to feel like a workout - like dance! Or trying something new is always good :)
I find scheduling classes with the app really helps, sometimes I roll out of bed straight into my workout gear and smash my workout. My exercise side of things is spot on at the moment, it’s the food I’m struggling with!
Hearing you guys motivating me, uplifting me & reminding me how strong I am every time I work out just lifts my spirits up. It makes me actually believe that I can do anything I put my mind to 😊 So thank you girls for that from the bottom of my heart 🙏💯😚
I’m like Kat and make declarations to my friends (or my cats 🐈). I’m really big on if I say it I have to do it. And I try to enlist my sisters or friends to do it with me. Accountability through Snapchat or instagram. Love you girls 😘😘
Watching you guys and other motivating people here on UA-cam. Also having a strong morning routine and a goodnight sleep helps me feel ready for the day!
I get my motivation back by watching your vids on UA-cam, going to the App, or reading your Fit, Fierce abs Fabulous book, or just heading to the Y for whatever class is going on!! And putting my sweet Fabletics gear on is motivating too! And doing a yoga or Pilates class from boho beautiful
I really needed this video my husband is in the military and we've been living apart 4 over a year now and for the most of the year I worked really hard and I trained and I ran a Half Marathon this year and the goal was to keep running because I had registered for a full Marathon but I was in the middle of moving and I have a 5 year old girl so I didn't have any time to get my workout in.
I absolutely love watching you two... can you please speak to how you'v nurtured your long friendship, what you would consider the most important characteristics that have helped your friendship withstand the ebbs and flow of friendship, made it stand the test of time. I'd love to see that video. IDEA, thank you so much for being such an inspiration to not only myself but many.
I write down the workouts I’m gonna do everyday on my monthly sheet. That way whenever I check the calendar(everyday) which is put up on my shoe closet, makes me change into workout gear and knock out that workout. Does happiness come from working out or striking through your to do list? I’ll never know! 🤣
