Dude, you forgot to mention you also get a cool ass metallic sticker of the top label! Recieved my jar in the mail yesterday and used it this morning. Pre and post-styled. Really nice product! Gritty but not drying, not super grippy, and yeah, that Sierra scent! Mmmm-MMMM.

Big into Fuertes. F& I Frost Moon is really nice too. For waxier stuff, the Shehvoo clay is actually quite nice.

Please do a review on Apex by Lodestar. It‘s supposed to be like Rio but with more hold.

Hey Matt, I recently purchased Rio and love it! So it got me thinking of ordering the Aurora Cream Pomade and was wondering what your thoughts were on the difference between the two? Is the pomade substantially waxier or do you still get that natural healthy feeling in your hair? Cheers and keep up the good work!
Aurora is definitely waxier than Rio, but does have a nice feeling and not too heavy in the hair. I think Kathy just reformulated it too for better consistency, but I haven't tried the new version yet.
Which one do you like better, this one or F & I's Texture Cream?
Can you recommend a low shine strong hold product. For a quiff look?
Would you say that this product has a leave in conditioning effect like other products, at the end of the day?

What makes a styling product that is labeled as a Clay different from a product like this that has three types of clays in the formula?
In some cases it's really just a matter of semantics, but, usually a product labeled a "clay" tends to be thicker and with a stronger hold. But really it can range all over the place haha
Have you tried O doud’s matte Paste and O douds dry wax? If not I would recommend you get these products if you can.
Haven’t had a chance to buy any O’douds stuff, but they’ve been on my to-do list for a hot minute
The Dry Wax is such a nice product. Much prefer it to there Matte Paste. I was wary of it, "how /dry/ will this be?" Not at all, has a much smoother application then I anticipated. Pliable hold. I do have a fine hair type, though.
@@ginakearney4146 so far the matte paste from o douds for some reason lacks hold for my thick hair. The dry wax I will give you an updated opinion.

Problem-: When I blow dry and had got my hair straighten.( I learned that from your video😁) that relly worked great for me. But problem is my hair start getting freezy from front after sometime...What should i do??
What type of products are you using? I would recommend trying something like a smoothing serum as a prestyler before blow drying to make everything really silky and eliminate frizz. And then you can finish with a styler or hair spray to keep the hair that way.

Hustle has less tack when applied to dry hair, and has a slightly more natural shine finish, and a true medium hold

For me the hold of Hustle is a little stronger, yeah.
anyone can help me? im looking for a professional (kaoline,bentonite,coconut oil) matt styling balm/clay or paste with coconut scent.. tryed everyting but nothing smells like coconut 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
