This looked like an awesome day. The ferry ride over to the fort was just beautiful. The fort looks really well preserved and had some nice views of the water. Charleston looks like a very charming city too.
I have been to Fort Moultrie, but had always wanted to explore Fort Sumter. Your adventure there was fun to watch! The boat trip there was very informative, too. This was a unique fort and incredibly it is still standing.
