A month ago, I adopted a senior cat who was found on the streets of NYC in December. The NY shelter sent her to NH where she was vetted and fostered. Since I've had her, I have fed her the best food I could find. In a month, her fur has become luxurious. She looked pretty good to begin with, but the good food has made her look better and I assume even healthier for an old gal. She acts like a kitten despite her age. She absolutely hates vacuum cleaners, so I have to sequester her in one room when it's being used. We have learned to communicate with each other.
