One day maybe I'll get to be there, but I'm 80 next year and I have health problems, but you never know what the future holds. I think of all the places that I'd really love to live, even though I'm in the States, I would LOVE to live in Israel. So again THANK you for sharing. I don't think I could live there though with leaving my family here, and with my health problems I'll have to be content to look at pretty pictures of this country. And that's okay. Thank you--this church is so gorgeous--and I have never seen it before...I think that we forget that the Bible says that Jesus was across the Sea of Galilee from Capernaum when he preached this Sermon on the Mount: it is so paradoxical that one must read it over and over to truly understand it--and it is still difficult to understand, because it is so convoluted to what we actually see--how can we understand that little is actually BIG, that poor is rich, that the meek are all powerful??? difficult for mere humans to understand...the main thing is not to get caught up in the seeking of more, more more...read St Therese of Liseaux for the Little Way--key to understanding...thank you for this important and often overlooked historical site...dts/usa
