I think. This song is at the best speed, and the melody of this song is complicated. In addition, the performance is perfect！The bass guitar (Fami) and the drums (Haruna) are laughing！I can't believe it！LOVEBITES is the god of modern metals🤘😎
Indeed, this was the last song before a little break, followed by the Encore with three songs. What I find astonishing, is, that the song before that was "Edge Of The World", one of their best, far from an easy song to play with all that build up! What a stamina they have, to play this afterwards!

Nothing Haruna does is easy. Miyako who's the dark haired guitarist is just as good on piano, and does her fair share of composing. Just as with this song. She tried to slow it down on her composing program, but as she said: It lost some impact. Same with vocals. So she told Haruna on drums and Asami on vocals if they were capable to do this song. They went all in on it and pretty much nailed it! They are also good friends and use a lot of time to practice, both together and alone. Talking about Dragonforce: they toured with the guys in EU and UK 2019. But their inspiration goes further back than DF and BFMV. The drummer and the former bassist Miho loved Iron Maiden and Helloween... But also Metallica, Priest and Testament... Which you might hear in their sound. Still: would claim that Lovebites is, when it comes to compositions, is better than these. There's a bit more sophistication so to speak.
The shredding is clearly similar to Dragon Force, but in terms of inspiration, they get it mostly from the 1980s legendary metal bands - Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Helloween, (early) Metallica, Testament, Anthrax, Slayer. They even have a song that is a tribute to Iron Maiden. Haruna, the drummer is the most efficient drummer I've ever seen. She can play at that speed for 2 hours withou breaking into a sweat. In fact, all of the members of this band are so talented, they make incredibly difficult music look effortless. They are probably the most musically talented band to come along in the last two decades.
I want to say two things. First, I was there. Second, you can still buy tickets for their U.S. tour concerts. May you be blessed by all Japanese goddesses. 🤘
@rodhamm8484 Oh no doubt. I would think LB would be honored to open for IM if asked though. It could happen. LB plays their last US date in San Fran on 12 Sep with well enough time to be back by IM's first date in Osaka on 24 Sep. Would be the show of a lifetime.
I dont think there is another duo that can harmonize that good at that speed out there and there always right in time they have the slightest difference that actually allows you to hear both as well as difference of tones you hear them both playing notes. and you need a bigger picture i think they are the smallest on that wall lol
